The house has an open split floor plan with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining area, and laundry corner. Every room is furnished with a smart TV. It offers a large backyard with patio and outside furniture. You can also sit in front of the house and enjoy the nature with garden and lake views.

We have over 20 lakes connected by channels, therefor a perfect vacation destination for water sports people and nature lovers. Our central location offers numerous opportunities for further recreational activities in the surrounding area like Jack Browns Seaplane Base, Legoland, Disney World, Universal Orlando, Busch Gardens Tampa, Bok Tower Gardens, Sun 'n Fun Airshow Lakeland, and more. Lake Alfred also offers good family-owned restaurants in the vicinity.

We do not offer cable TV, but we provide a smart TV in every room with different TV apps, and you can login to your own accounts on Netflix, Hulu, sling, Vudu, Amazon, apple TV, etc.

We provide WiFi, but there may be a power outage or an internet failure like it can happen everywhere. We will do everything we can to fix it quickly. For business people, we always recommend an internet backup.

We provide essentials such as toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, detergents, etc. only for the beginning of your stay. Sometimes it is not enough as stays vary and everyone uses and handles things differently. Please refill for yourself if you run out of something.

At or near a lake "Blind mosquitoes," also known as lake gnats, are common here. They don't bite, but they can appear in swarms and may impact your outdoor enjoyments. We can't predict when they'll arrive, and there's no known way to deter them.

POLICIES & HOUSE RULES
We allow bookings for 6 guests including children with a maximum of 4 adults. Must be at least 25 years old to book. No additional guests and visitors are permitted on the property outside of your reservation. We do not allow parties and events, including friend and family gatherings. If we find out there are more guests as booked, you will be asked to leave and not given a refund as this violates our house rules. The home is strictly no-smoking/vaping, and no pets.

Please be advised we have an outdoor security camera with video surveillance facing the front yard and driveway.
