Reisde met familie en kleine kinderen
Our Executive room was space, clean and modern. Our stay was comfortable in it. We ordered room service a couple of times and the food was delicious. What really set it apart was their helpful staff. The director rooms, Aziz, personally helped us out with extending our stay in the same room, even though the hotel was fully booked.

Property is great but the shower glass door shattered while I was taking a shower and I had multiple injures and all the hotel did was change our room. I need someone to call me on this so we discuss.

The bathroom door wouldn’t close at all. The amenities like Shampoo, conditioners and bath towels weren’t replenished automatically during housekeeping. We have stayed here a few time before but I feel the service is on the decline.

Stay at Royal Swiss Lahore
Overall the hotel is amazing compared to what Pakistan has to offer. Very clean the staff was very friendly and always greeting with a smile. However I found that the Cafe on the first floor had very little to offer as most of the stuff on the menu was out. We tried hot and sour soup which I would give a 5 out of 10. Other then this over stay was a very positive experience. Thank you to all the staff.

Royal Swiss Lahore refused to accommodate for a rebooking and refused to refund or even credit for another accommodation. Rating for this hotel should be zero but we are very merciful, because Jesus who is Lord forgives you, and we do too. That said, please improve your service and Love your neighbors more. Very very bad food chef is a liar i told dont put green chili in channa daal . I got sever allergy with green chili and what he did he removed green chili from daal and served me . After i ate i felt its a green chili and whole night i did not sleep too much pain in my stomach . Next morning i had a meeting. I was so tired in my meeting plz plz change whole staff of kitchen find professional and good u loose ur reputation this thing happens 2 times in 3 months. Amazing service and condition of the hotel. Tons of choices in breakfast. Special thanks to Naveed who greeted us and asked us if we needed anything. Front desk staff was so helpful. Rooms are clean and modern. Traffic Location and view. Very close like 4 minutes drive to Lahore airport. Plus point hotel has security so you feel safe there. Great place for a first introduction to Lahore!
It was a good experience, though the staff serving in both breakfast and other restaurants were not very attentive to their customers. Had long waits for requests. Their Shuttle service was perfect!

First time stayed at this hotel, but the best hospitality experience ever. By far this hotel is the best value for money option in this industry. I personally suggest to experience at least once, I bet you gona love this place, super staff in all areas, best cuatomer service standard, owners has taken seriously every inch of this hotel constructions and maintenance.

This place was meh
online it says check in at noon. we got there at 3PM and rooms weren't ready. they said check in is at 2PM but a "delegation" was staying there and had checked out late. is that my problem? room was not ready till 430 even though they said 30-40 minutes. 2nd room was not ready for another hour after that even though they said 5 minutes. we had to push and push and follow up. they had loud music playing in a hall which coudl be heard from all rooms. mosquitos in the room which bit me up. they goofed up my food order (burger plain-- comes with everything on it. they brouhgt a new one and it still had stuff on I... I was hungry and waited an hour so I ate it). manager not helpful

Every thing was excellent except front desk. Probably they don’t have international hotels experience. Ask me for Rs 5000 for security deposit. They charge debit card and instead returning the security deposit at end of stay. They gave me local currency of that amount

Easy access to airport
Good hotel near the airport. Staff in very friendly and service minded. Rooms are clean. Room service is horrible and the food is below standard. We tried a lot af different things but is not at the level of a 5 star hotel especially when you see the price. Overall is the food below the level of the food in Lahore.
