Our housecleaning team is using CDC approved cleaning products, and focusing on “high touch” areas of our properties.

The quiet seclusion, the fabulous views and a serene interior combine to attract guests back year after year. This one bedroom, two bathroom townhouse is located at The Ridge Villas, at the world-class Kapalua® Resort. Once home to a working pineapple plantation, the resort now features some of the most luxurious accommodations in all Hawaii. As a “low impact” resort, Kapalua® offers guests the opportunity to experience all the magic this island has to offer, without the crowds.
This beautiful villa sits just off the fairway of The Bay Course and provides an ambiance that will have you feeling at ease from the moment you walk in the door. One of the first things our guests are drawn to, are the views! The wrap around windows provide the perfect framing for the fabulous scene before you. The West Maui Mountains, the fairway of the Bay Course, as well as partial ocean views, fill each and every window.
Stepping onto your large, private lanai, you will find an outdoor dining table that comfortably seats four, plus two lounge chairs. This is the perfect place to make yourself a Mai Tai, kick off your flip flops and take in the dazzling beauty that surrounds you. Enjoy all your meaks al fresco, surrounded by the exquisite beauty that is Maui. With a large grass area just off your lanai, you have the added bonus of an extended outdoor living space. During the evening hours, once the golfers have returned home, be sure to look for golf balls in the bushes by the fairway. Hunting golf balls is just plain fun!
Evenings take on a sense of further allurement as the sun begins to dip between the islands, and finally disappears, a golden globe seemingly extinguished by the Pacific. For many of our guests, this is the time when they regroup for the day, gather on the lanai, and simply witness Mother Nature’s finest show. Soft tropical trade winds and nearby floral plumeria trees accent the ambiance with a sense of tranquility that is truly heaven on earth.
Stepping inside, you will find a spacious living room just off the lanai. The living living room features a large pull-out sofa, coffee table, TV, AC, two lounge chairs, and, a pineapple chandelier overhead. Whether you choose to use this space to curl up on the couch and read a good book, or to simply enjoy the fabulous views, you will find that the villa’s exquisite views and elegant island style interiors provide an atmosphere that is above and beyond your wildest expectations.
Next to the living room you will find an upgraded kitchen, which features a breakfast bar with two stools. This is a wonderful place to sit and relax, as your chef-for-the-day prepares your party a fabulous meal. Dish duty becomes a lot less painful when you have gorgeous fairway views as your companion.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would find in your own home, and then some. We have gone out of our way to ensure that you have everything you need to prepare and serve any meal. We know the frustration of not having enough utensils, or, that one kitchen tool you need to finish a dish. During your stay, if you may find you need something extra, please do not hesitate to call us and we will be more than happy to provide it for you. The kitchen is complete with a dishwasher, oven, stove, freezer, refrigerator, microwave, sink with garbage disposal and all small appliances.
Adjacent to the kitchen you will find the first of your two upgraded full bathrooms. This bathroom features a shower and vanity with sink. This bathroom provides extra space, which comes in handy for visiting guests.
The master bedroom and bath are located just up the stairs. The large, remodeled master bathroom is an oasis in itself. With two private vanities, each with sink; with washer and dryer; with a large soaking tub with shower, you will find this space perfect for some “you” time.
The master bedroom showcases some of the most splendid views of the villa. These include views of the West Maui Mountains, then the lush green rolling hills down to the Pacific, plus the island of Lanai. During the early morning hours, the private lanai offers a wonderful space to enjoy a hot cup of Kona Coffee and watch the sunrise. Morning rainbows soon follow as Maui awakes, her magical and peaceful embrace a signature of this most special place on earth.
A king size bed, a night stands with lamps, a TV, AC, wrap around windows, and dresser and drawers are all included in the room.
This villa comes with reserved parking (not covered) in front of the Owner's car, free wireless password protected high speed internet, digital cable, discounted golf, starter supply of paper towels, soap/shampoos, laundry detergent and bath/beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler.
Our rates are all inclusive. There are no surprises upon check-out!
Late departures must be made at the time of booking for a fee of half a days rent.

The Ridge features two beautiful, heated swimming pools. Both pool areas feature gas grills, lounge chairs, a location for eating, with tables and chairs, a shower, a soda machine and restrooms. Pool “One” has an additional full kitchen and large covered gathering area, making this a perfect space for dining throughout the day, rain or shine.
There are many reasons why visitors choose The Ridge as their vacation destination. One of these is that Kapalua® Resort is a “low impact” resort; thus, guests staying at The Ridge find that they have the luxury of near endless activities available to them, but, without the large crowds, the traffic and noise.
The Kapalua® Resort features three of the top State of Hawaii beaches, and these you will find just a short walk from your villa. This bay is situated so that it is protected from heavy seas and wind. Its waters are calm and inviting; thus, it may be no surprise that Kapalua Bay offers some of the best snorkeling to be found on the island. Gentle waves, soft white sand and breathtaking beauty combine to secure a spot for this beach in top world rankings every year.
Guests can also enjoy two golf courses – the PGA’s Plantation Course and The Bay Course. Both courses offer spectacular views of the Pacific and the island, while at the same time challenging even the best of golfers. *Please note that while the Plantation Course is currently open, the Bay Course is temporarily closed, and a reopening date has not yet been announced.
