I would not stay here again. Filthy carpets, visible cockroaches, bites from bugs while sleeping and visible bugs in bed. I had to throw sheet on floor for barrier for crawling Grandson that came to visit because, carpet is Filthy, old, stained, and pulling up and unraveling in living room & bedroom. Pulled the fan out of closet to circulate air and it was gross black with dirt cobwebs and barely worked. If You open front door for air circulation or windows in bedroom the exhaust from cars in parking lot blows right into condo stinking so no relief from muggy heat there did not want doors or windows open smelling exhaust fumes. The ceiling fans not much for moving air they are old and slow. You open bathroom cupboard doors or kitchens and the cockroaches run for the dark. The hot water heater is very small so You run out of water while showering.

This place was perfect for our Maui getaway. Kitchen, quiet neighborhood, and ocean views made this trip memorable. Pull out couch may not be comfortable for some, but it worked for my kids. I would defiantly recommend and would rent again.

March Break

We stayed family of 4 for 5 nights. The location is amazing, the views of the ocean are rare! I wouldn't bring my kids back. There are many signs in the pool: no jumping, no yelling, etc. might as well say no swimming. My kids were playing in the pool (6, 9) and going under the water to retrieve toys - an older gentleman on his balcony yelled at them 'quiet please' it was 6pm and they were not being overly loud. The advertisement should discourage children from the booking or the residents of the condo should expect children to be children. The room has everything you could need for the beach and games for a rainy day. One other downfall is the safe was not accessible for us to use. I would have preferred a secure place to store our passports.

Perfect quiet location

My spouse and I were pleasantly surprised with this Condo. Location was more than what we thought; quiet, ocean view of whales breaching and turtles swimming, short drive to many locations! On site management and the Perfect Stays staff wonderful! Shout out to Tonetta for being a gem and accommodating our checkout needs!

Lovely stay

The Kahana Reefs is a lovely location right on the ocean. So, you can hear the gentle waves 24/7. Even though the place was packed, it was very quiet and relaxing. The owner had us stocked with all of the beach gear we could want. The management company was responsive to our questions and requests. We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful location

We had a great time. Although would recommend some light blocking curtains for the front Window as a bright exterior light shines in. Other than that is was clean and quiet. We could see whales from the back door.

Amazing Views/Location

Everything about Kahana Reef 106 was fantastic. Communication was excellent from management. Showed up to an immaculate unit and the views dont get much better, not to mention you can hear the waves crashing. You are steps to the pool and beach, in a great neighborhood and can walk to numerous restaurants. There was a toilet issue and the management company sent someone out right away. I would say here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect Location!

We stayed with our family of 4. Our kids are 12 & 8. This place is petite and there is not a lot of storage. The unit is updated and clean and it served as a great landing spot for our vacation. We would definitely stay her again. We were concerned about the lack of A/C, but there was a great breeze through the unit and it wasn't necessary. There is a small quiet sandy beach adjacent to the property with great shade trees. It was a perfect hangout on days when we wanted beach time without the crowds. We enjoyed almost on-demand turtle watching at the property's sea wall and the sunsets were amazing! The property is occupied with many owners, most of them I'm guessing are retired. They are all very sweet and welcoming but it's definitely a quiet property. If you are looking for a quiet place with great views away from the tourists, this is a great option! If you are reading this during COVID, access to the pool is VERY limited. Each unit can reserve 30 minutes each day on a 1st come 1st serve basis. If no one shows up for their slot you can jump in. But in our experience, most folks showed up for their pool time and we didn't often get any extra time.

Kahana Reef

Excellent value. Quiet and low key. Not touristy. Beautiful views of the ocean and fantastic for spotting whales. Very good location. The only downside would be the limited beach access. Not a deal breaker though with so many great beaches close by. Would definitely stay again!
