Think a studio is not enough room, consider this: Our beautiful 2nd story corner unit, with its spectacular view, has a comfy new mattress in an easily lifted Murphy bed with recently June 2025 bought medium firm Queen mattress for abundant daily living space. Breathtaking views of islands of Lanai and Molokai, Sea turtles year-round and from November through April the whales can be seen from the private lanai. Close to wonderful golf courses. Enjoy breakfast and lunch at the famous Gazebo Restaurant on the oceanfront at Napili Shores. The Sea House Restaurant is just a short walk at the north end of the bay. Two full size heated pools and a hot tub on the property. Great swimming and snorkeling right in front of the condo. Complimentary one space for parking. Coded lock for independent owners, so no check in with front desk and no check in fee from resort. (Please note that we live a couple miles down the road and can attend to any problems or issues, so call us and not the front desk for anything you need. We will respond promptly.)

Walk into a gorgeous island getaway oceanfront on one of the most spectacular crescent tropical beaches in all of Hawaii in arguably one of the best units. From the first time you enter this magical space you will be greeted by an entire wall of bamboo cabinetry sporting a super comfortable recently purchased serta medium firm mattress with comfy pads hiding inside the Murphy Bed, a 6 drawer dresser with a well sized Smart TV and shelves and cabinets. This home is so beautifully decorated with the natural beauty of Maui, inside and out. Your eye and breath will be drawn immediately to the view out the lanai of both the turquoise waters of Napili Bay Beach and the fun tidepools and shores below. One entire mirror wall reflects the Pacific Ocean for a take-your-breath-away view from the unit and the lanai (porch deck outside glass sliders). The second story corner uplifted position closest to the bay showcases this sensational eye candy to the max.

Because of how easy the Murphy bed pulls down and lifts up, during the day you will be treated to an incredibly satisfying visit with a living room feel, with gentle cool trade winds and the ocean as your companion. The breezes flow through, cooling this unit that already benefits from facing northwest so it never sees the hot direct sun. But please use the AC if the fans and trade winds aren't soothing. That's why we installed the system, for your ultimate comfort if needed. At night you will hear the sounds of the ocean and no road noise, watch the lights on the bay dance. Relax in the ocean air on the lanai watching sunsets, whales, dolphins, turtles and the sea's allure, eating breakfast you got to go at the world-famous Gazebo at the end of the southern stairs. Other awesome features of our unique unit other than the above beauty and enjoyability: well-stocked non-food items in the kitchen and closet, including high end dishes, an electric kettle for super quick boiling of water for your beverages and recipes, a pour over coffee maker, a Mr. Coffee drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, upgraded stainless steel appliances, dimmable kitchen lighting, spices of garlic, basil, celery seed, cinnamon, coriander, ground cumin, dill weed, fenugreek whole, ginger, ground fennel, ground mustard, oregano, paprika, Himalayan pink salt, rubbed mint, thyme, turmeric (we want to spare you the expense of spices you may only use a bit).

Also the spray jet mop uses regular water and reusable pads to reduce landfill waste and need to use a more chemical cleaner. It also makes mopping the floor a breeze.

Some notes about unit and what we provide:

We provide a sample of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. A couple rolls of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels. You will need to supply extra.

We have four pillows, one set of sheets on the made bed and lots of blanket choices. You won't need much.

We provide only one beach towel per person and bathroom sets per person.

You are welcome to launder our linens or request a mid-stay linen change or exchange of linens for you to install, at your expense of an extra charge made directly to us to pay our amazing cleaner. There is a laundry facility right north and next to the Napili Shores office lobby to the north, which is on the street and above the koi pond and upper pool.

There is no parking fee, but only one parking spot per guest is allowed. Once you self-check in with a code we as independent owners provide, you will need to go to the office to get the laundry code and a parking pass.

There is a $175 cleaning fee and 18% tax on the nightly fee that will be included in your charges.
