This property sits in amongst the quiet Lote B, Quinta da Belavista complex with its private family pool area and is a 20 minute walk to the beach and centre of the town of Praia da Luz.

A 3 story house with 3 double bedrooms and a games room, 1 bathroom and 2 shower rooms in total, this is a spacious property for a family holiday. Two of the bedrooms share a fantastic balcony overlooking the pool area and has sea views.

The large well-appointed kitchen with washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, and microwave is large enough to cater for the largest of families.

The large open plan living area with WIFI, TV with European and UK channels and music system is a comfortable and relaxing place to eat or wind down after a day at the beach. The patio doors open out to a large outside space with built in BBQ, table and chairs and umbrella and outdoor sofa that overlooks the salt water communal pool area, ideal for keeping an eye on your children.

Down another level there is a games room with pool table, TV and DVD player, a sofa and bean bags.

We had such a great 10am holiday here! We were travelling as a family of 6, age ranging from 10 to 53!! Lauren was incredible from the minute we arrived in Faro. We had a problem with our hire car which meant we arrived later than expected and a bit stressed, Lauren was flexible and even brought us wine as she could tell we were a bit stressed! The accommodation was incredible, equipped with everything we needed. Everything is modern & clean. The terrace is spacious and we used the BBQ a few times which we loved. The communal areas are just as good, quiet and clean. We walked into the centre a couple of times but it was so easy to get an Uber we opted for that most of the time mainly due to it being hot. We also went into Lagos via Uber a couple of times too which was equally as easy! We would definitely book this villa again, it was such a chilled holiday. The DVD player & oool table are a great addition to keep everyone amused. Having air con & shutters in all bedrooms meant we all slept so well. Thanks Lauren for such a fab holiday & lots of lovely family memories made

Great villa with very few people at the swimming pool. Very flexible for check in / check out. Clean and fully compliant with the description.

The property is not listed accurately, there are key omissions from the description. This is not a complex and is not a 15-minute walk from the beach as advertised. There is nothing at all on this so called complex and you are in complete isolation as the property is surrounded by vacant villas. The property location is situated at the very top of Luz up significant steep hills. It is 21 minutes’ walk to the beach front for fit and able fast walkers. It is 1 mile to the beach front, Taxis or cars are required. It is not suitable for families unless you want your kids to be completely alone with nobody else around with nothing to do. It is not suitable for the elderly or people with disabilities. Accessibility to the Villa and its location is not suitable for scooters or wheelchairs. All three bedrooms are on the top floor up extremely steep stairs that are not suitable for young children or elderly visitors. The communal pool was very dusty and unmaintained and had not been used for a lengthy period. The property description needs changing to include my points above otherwise as we found to our cost it is falsely advertised. Our first day was ruined, we released we could not stay here as it was not suitable for our family and our 72-year-old mother who has COPD and a heart condition. We tried to resolve amicably for a refund with Lauren but were advised the owner refused and would follow Vrbo policy. Vrbo customer support tried contacting Nick, but they hung up on Vrbo!

Das Haus und die Anlage sind in Ordnung, allerdings nicht sehr sauber. Vieles gehört grundgereinigt. Die Fotos entsprechen der Realität. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub.

Very pleasant house. Clean, great facilities and excellent pool. Recommendation: to be worry-free, a safety gate should be installed in the stairs (due to babies/young kids).

A casa tem boas condições embora a TV não dispõe de canais em Português o que me parece incrível para um aluguer em Portugal! Em relação à área exterior a zona da piscina não corresponde ao site da internet: a célebre cascata não exista ( isto é o menos),também não existe piscina para crianças (está cheia com cascalho! O chão onde está o chuveiro da piscina está impraticável por estar cheio de lodo, por fim a iluminação dos arruamentos internos está desligada o que torna a noite difícil circular pelos passeios e até encontrar com a chave a fechadura do portão de saída. Solicito o envio de factura com o NIF 115846620.Obrigado

A vivenda estando envolvida num condomínio proporcionou uma tranquilidade inesperada. A piscina, ponto de referencia da propriedade, era quase sempre por nossa conta. Apenas dois reparos para quem seja português: - O checkin pontual mas apenas em inglês - Televisão apenas inglesa. De resto as ferias em família foram 5 estrelas e por parte dos anfitriões sempre houve a total disponibilidade e simpatia.

Very nice, big (for 6 people) and clean villa. Wonderful terrace with an ocean view. Easy check-in, perfect communication and immediate reaction to any requests. Location is also very good, but car is required to really enjoy it. The only "disturbing" moment was a sofa in the basement, which is very old and urgently requires a new sheating.
