'The outside of the hotel was lovely with a modern look but we were put in the basement down some stairs in the back which was very dark and gloomy and smelled moldy and the washroom was painted in a dark red even the ceiling and including the tiles, making it look like a dungeon, we complained and for extra cost were moved to the first floor but the washroom was still the ugly red and the balcony was facing the street. We paid for 2 nights but left after the first night. There was no staff at...
