« The room was spacious with great beds and good lighting. The shower was good with handicap bar. I can not say enough about the superb breakfast. Best one in ten mornings of different hotel rooms. Staff was courteous and friendly. I will definitely choose this Best Western when back in Dawson Creek »

« La chambre etait tres petite. J'ai l'impression que quelqu'un d'autre l'avait refusee avant moi car les lumieres etaient allumees et il y avait un savon deballe au lavabo. Beaucoup de taches de savon et de poussiere sur le radio reveil, lumieres etc, graines de nourriture sur le bureau. Chambre acceptable. »

« Unfortunately as soon as I walked in the room I found hair on the floor, damp towels and a cigarette butt ontop of the fire place. With spending almost $200 for a single night i would expect cleaner. And with paying through this site they said they were unable to give me any amount of refund. »

« Ce n'est absolument pas la faute du Spruce Hill Resort et Spa, j'avais réservé cet hotel sous un autre nom, le 108 mile Ranch... Il a été revendu, Hotel.com ne me l'a pas dit... L'hotel était fermé, en pleine rénovation. On nous a donné un chalet, mais aucune prestations qui m'avait fait choisir cet hotel n'existait... Pas de restau, pas de petit dejeuné, pas de piscine, de chevaux et d'ambiance western!!! RIEN! J'aurais aimé que Hotel.com me prévienne et me donne le choix d'aller ailleurs! Très...

« The cabin was clean and very beautiful. The host was very detailed and everything we needed was ready and available. The evening was quiet and peaceful and the bed was extremely comfy and warm with a great view of the lake. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a cabin on the lake. »

« I loved the space. Very well appointed and cozy. I had everything that I needed. Kitchen was well stocked, the bed was comfortable. Very close to downtown- 5 minute drive maximum. Would definitely stay again. »

« Quick one night stay for my partner and I. It was a cozy clean space for us. The check in was extremely smooth and had easy access for us. We enjoyed the big tv for a lazy evening movie night before our bigger trip later in the weekend. Fantastic host and left us the coolest welcome photo! If we ever come through Williams lake again we would hopefully stay here again! »
