The Space:

Discover a sublime luxury chalet in Mauricie, nestled in lush nature on the shores of the navigable Missionary Lake, spanning 5 km.



The chalet features 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 fully equipped bathrooms.



Bedroom 1 (1st floor): Master suite with 1 queen bed

Bedroom 2 (ground floor): 1 queen bed and 1 single bed

Bedroom 3 (basement): 1 queen bed

Furthermore, the game room offers 2 sofa beds (double).



New: Foosball table and A/C.



This haven of peace offers a private dock, nearby boat ramp, and a range of activities such as water sports, fishing, hunting, ATV, and snowmobiling. For nature lovers, you can enjoy swimming, snowshoeing, and a relaxing spa. If you want more, during the summer season, some water equipment is available. Make the most of your visit with additional activities such as sliding, skating, and golf.



Just a stone's throw from Zec Tawachiche, the chalet is located 20 minutes from Saint-Tite and the famous Western Festival. It's 1.5 hours from Quebec City, 2.5 hours from Montreal, and 1 hour from Trois-Rivières.



Included: 1 canoe, 2 single kayaks, 1 rowboat and 1 paddle board (available from mid-May to mid-October). Don't forget to bring your life jackets for your safety. A BBQ and an outdoor fireplace are available from mid-May to mid-October.



To access the lake, a slight descent via a mini trail followed by a very safe wooden staircase of a few dozen steps is necessary.



Within a ten-minute drive, you will find all necessary amenities in the village of Sainte-Thècle: pharmacy, grocery store, SAQ, snack bar, gas, etc.



Important note: The chalet's water comes directly from Missionary Lake. Although it's filtered and therefore clean for washing, dishes, showers, etc., it's not recommended for consumption. Bottles of water are provided free of charge for the water cooler located in the kitchen.



For ATV and snowmobile enthusiasts:
