Villa's in Labin

'It was a very nice house with pool. Just like the pictures. We stayed for 1 week in oktober 2023. The weather was nice with 2 days of rain. We actually make use of the pool. This was still open. The house had everything you need for a nice stay. The owners are very friendly. Even our dog was let to stay in the house (above 24 kg). We make day trips to other city’s. Because Labin is beside the old town not so interesting for us. Thank you to the owner for the nice welcome and stay.'

'Wij zijn met ons gezin 14 dagen naar dit vakantiehuis geweest. Ideaal 2 huisjes voor ons zelf en nog erg netjes ook! Kinderbedje en kinderstoel stonden al klaar na overlegd te hebben. Zwembad was ook erg mooi en schoon. Schoon beddengoed kregen we na een week en ook schone handdoeken. Een wasmachine voor eigen gebruik was ook erg fijn zeker met 2 kleine kinderen. 'Wir waren mit unseren 3 Kindern in den Herbstferien dort und hatten traumhaftes Wetter, so dass wir täglich den Pool nutzen konnten. Denis ist ein perfekter Gastgeber! Er hat immer schnell auf unsere Fragen reagiert und war sehr zuvorkommend. Es gab sogar zur Begrüßung einen gekühlten Weißwein aus der Region. Das Haus ist klein, aber top gepflegt und sauber! 'We spent two wonderful weeks at Villa Orange. The layout is open, spacious, and very clean, we quickly felt completely relaxed and at home. We made good use of the pool and the outside area which gets the sun all day. The pool is well maintained and clean and there are ample loungers and cushions, and importantly, plenty of parasols to provide shade when needed. 'Very modern and clean property with an incredible view over the sea. Well equipped kitchen with a lot of pots, dishes and cutlery. Very friendly host who supplied us with a cheese and meat platter with bread and wine as well as grappa in the fridge as welcome meal. Drive to the property from Labin takes about 20 minutes on narrow streets, so make a proper shopping list and bring everything important on arrival. Spacious, clean, comfortable and cool house (exceeded our expectations) Very clean pool, and nice terrace with beautiful sunset views. 'Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt! Der Garten und der Pool waren unser absolutes Highlight. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, umgeben von einem Wald. Es fahren kaum Autos vorbei. Vorsicht mit kleinen Hunden, sie passen durch den Zaun. Das Haus ist gut aufgeteilt, jedoch schon sehr abgewohnt, ganz besonders die Couch, dort dürften des Öfteren Urlauber mit nasser Badebekleidung gesessen sein, daher riecht sie sehr streng. 'We waren twee koppels met Kids van verschillende leeftijden... we hebben allemaal genoten van een topvakantie. Het huis was prima in orde. Geen overbodige luxe maar wel in orde! Mss een minpuntje geen vliegenramen desondanksaangezien er veel muggen zijn! Maar huis is een goede uitvalbasis om veel te gaan bezoeken. We raden dit huis zeker aan! Groetjes'
