« Lors de mon arrivée, l'employé à la réception insistait pour que paye mon séjour alors que le tout avait déjà été payé par Expedia 8 mois auparavant. Après une attente de 10 minutes et un appel, il a compris que le tout avait bel et bien été payé. Ensuite j'ai passé 48h sans WiFi. Je devais demander constamment si ca fonctionnait car aucun suivi n'était fait de leur côté (pour m'informer). Et inévitablement... je n'ai eu aucun dédommagement. Le personnel du restaurant est #1 . »

The bathroom smelled after we had all showered (4 of us), but otherwise the family room was comfortable and what we needed for a 1 night stay. »
