'Very nice.'

'Netjes en vriendelijk.'

'good breakfast and very polite workers all around. clean room, easy access with elevators, etc.'

'Room was hot, did not matter if the AC was on or not. The front office did give us a fan. The hair dryer barely worked. The breakfast area is right smack in front of the check in desk. There is no room to eat.'

'The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property inside and out was very clean. It is a very unique place to stay, not your typical chain hotel. Very nice atmosphere.'

'It is a dated property. It looks like they are going to start remodeling soon. There was a medical emergency as we were checking in, and the front desk girl was clueless as to what to do. We had to tell her to call 911. The staff needs additional training on how to deal with emergencies! The room was fair. Again, dated. The pool was nice. The area is nice. The next morning I dropped something and went I bent down to pick it up I was met with a pile of fluff, hair, and a lid to something under...

'Staff was great. Awesome grounds. Very luxurious. Have stayed at their Sarasota locale also(Carlyle). Nice to have beautiful locations to stay at!!!'

'Verbouwing vind plaats veel herrie.'
