TO RENT GITE WITH SPA NEAR DINAN ST MALO COTE D EMERAUDE

Our cottage is located in the town of Vicomté sur Rance in an old Breton house (1791) completely renovated.
From this old fishing village, you can discover the rancid edges (hiking trail at the bottom of the house), the medieval city of Dinan or the corsair city of Saint Malo.
Many other wonders like Cancale, Dinard, the Emerald Coast or Mont Saint Michel are just minutes away.

Quietly, our 4-person gîte is made up of three rooms with an enclosed garden offering a very beautiful view of a green landscape suggesting the rancid. The staircase is of period, like the visible beams.

On the ground floor is a fitted kitchen
(oven, dishwasher, fridge, induction hob, microwave) as well as a small dining area + 1 terrace.

On the 1st floor, fully renovated bathroom with a washing machine and a living room with exposed beams, flat screen TV, and sofa bed for 2 people

On the second floor, a spacious bedroom with a double bed (140)

A WIFI connection is installed in the cottage
Outdoor equipment: barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs ...

The SPA is accessible every day from 10h to 20h and is shared just with the owners.

It is a typical gîte on the banks of the Rance with irregular stairs, not standardized with one room per level. We can see that they were cut directly from the trunk of the trees, as were the beams.
