Adorable accommodation located near the ocean (150m) and nestled in a small and very quiet condominium in the popular Phare district. Access to the city center on foot in 15 minutes or by bike in 5 minutes. Lovers of long walks on the beach or in the forest (1.5km), but also a surfer's paradise (spot on the Wild Coast), it is the ideal place for a stay as a couple, with friends or family.

The accommodation
The accommodation opens onto a south-facing terrace. It has a 100 m2 garden with trees. The accommodations are on two levels: upstairs with access from the terrace, the main room, sanitary and bathroom and bedroom with a double bed. On the first floor, under the terrace, there is another bedroom with 3 single beds and an independent entrance that does not communicate directly with the floor. This layout is therefore not necessarily suitable if you want to leave young children in this second bedroom, which is more suitable for teenagers or children from 10-11 years old.

Traveler access
You will have access to all parts of the accommodation. You can park your vehicle within the condominium in a reserved space. Access to the beach (150m) from the back of the condominium.
