You will be very comfortably installed, two bedrooms, a large living room opening onto the terrace with a view of the surrounding greenery, to enjoy all the good moments of the day around a meal.

The Seahorse is a flat of 65M2 nestled in a quiet and wooded residence, well designed, of typical architecture, the blocks not exceeding 1 floor are equipped with a sheltered terrace, yours has the advantage of not being due south, so to enjoy the sun for breakfast, but especially not to have to protect you from it all the rest of the day for breaks reading, resting, aperitif back from the beach!

Located on the 1st floor with stairs, in the entrance a laundry room with washing machine, wardrobes, separate toilet, 1 bedroom with electric shutters with 1 bunk bed and 1 single bed, large wardrobes, a 2nd double room with bed in 160, electric shutters and large wardrobes, a bathroom with bathtub, sink, storage cabinet, towel dryer, A large living room with large windows opening onto the terrace, sofa, TV, fully equipped kitchen, induction hob, Smeg oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Delonghj coffee machine, fridge, numerous cupboards with all the utensils needed to cook with joy on a large work surface!

A large wooden design table will allow you to gather around your culinary prowess, or you will use the one on the terrace.
Numbered parking space, essential in summer!

You will have a free wifi access.
You will be welcomed on site by our team who will give you the keys and will inform you about all there is to see and do in our beautiful region!
Bed linen and towels of 4* hotel quality are provided, the beds will be made on your arrival.
To start your stay, we provide you with some coffee capsules, different kinds of tea, sugar, dishwasher and washing machine tablets, salt, pepper, vinegar and oil, paper towels, toilet paper, shower gel

Activities :
It is difficult to choose among the multitude of activities offered by the Bay of Arcachon!
Ideally located, you can discover the charming port of La Teste 2km away, oyster tasting, cycling trails along the salt marshes towards Arcachon, about 6km away, the Ville d'Hiver district, its park, its belvedere with a view of the Basin, leading to sumptuous 19th century villas.
At noon, let yourself be tempted by an oyster tasting in one of the oyster ports of the Basin, rather towards the port of La Teste next to your home, or Gujan, or at the market of Arcachon (bring a container if you wish to have them opened, and don't go too late for this request), then set off to conquer the majestic Dune du Pyla, 9km away, by taking the expressway by the back!
If you feel like taking to the sea, regular boat shuttles from the Thiers jetty to Cap Ferret, the Ile aux oiseaux, the famous cabanes tchanquées!
The arguin bank, transparent water, paradise on earth!
Descent of the leyre river, to the ornithological park in Le Teich, choose to be accompanied by a guide, or alone with your kayak, sublime!
