Living room with two sofas, a basic table, dining area: A large table / 8 chairs / 4 stools / 1 low buffet / all in a bistro atmosphere.
Fully equipped kitchen: oven / microwave / fridge / freezer / dishwasher ... with direct access to the wooden deck.
A mezzanine secured above the main room: two single beds. It is accessible by a wooden staircase. (possibility to accommodate 2 children over 10 years old: 2 single beds)
At the ground floor:
3 bedrooms including a master bedroom with private bathroom: walk-in shower and sink.
French window in each room with direct access to the garden. Calm assured.
A hallway serves the three rooms.
Another bathroom with walk-in shower / sink and 1 toilet.
Hanging terrace on the garden side with direct access from the kitchen and to the garden by stairs: large teak table and 8 chairs.
Garden with garden furniture for 8 people. Sheets and towels included in the price. Ride with my personal pinasse possible on request (fee) and according to my disposition.
