At the western end of the gulf of La Spezia there’s the Palmaria island, which its surface of 1,89 km² is the largest of the three island in the Gulf and the entire Ligurian territory, and hosts the wonderful Grotta Azzurra, called so for the reflection of the water on the walls of the cave.Portovenere is located a few kilometers away and 45 minutes by car you can reach the beautiful Forte dei Marmi.The accommodation is about a 10-minute drive from La Spezia Central Station.
