Very clean and looks newly remodeled, comfortable and nice place to stay. The staff is very helpful in every way, we were very late, the staff set up everything in advance for us and the checking in is very smooth.

We arrived early, we were met for check in and they kindly allowed us to check in several hours ahead of time because our room was ready. Was a good experience. Room was simple, but practical.

Excellent for what I needed! Would stay here again. Good location, very clean place, comfortable beds, spacious room. Centrally located, easy to talk to hosts. Italian breakfast included! Tea/coffee and toiletries provided. 10-15 minutes walk from La Spezia Centrale. Good stay for who is visiting Cinque Terre. Definitely recommend this place.

Ottima struttura rinnovata di recente. Camera molto confortevole, letto comodo, spazi ampi, frigobar e tutto il necessario per il caffè in camera. Bagno di dimensioni ridotte ma con tutti i confort. Posizione ottima, in pieno centro ma a 7 minuti a piedi dalla stazione.

Ho soggiornato solo la notte tre il 18 e il 19/01, ero a La Spezia per un evento culturale, e avevo necessità di una struttura vicina all'Accademia lunigianese "Cappellini", quindi La Loggia de' Banchi soddisfaceva questa mia esigenza. Il proprietario persona davvero gentile: avevo sbagliato la data nella prenotazione e alla mia richiesta di spostarla anche pagando una penale ha provveduto immediatamente mantenendo le stesse condizioni senza nessun aggravio. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo davvero molto molto buono e io assai soddisfatto.

Bardzo ładny apartament, świeżo wyremontowany, czysty, dobra lokalizacja w pobliżu głównej ulicy i przystani jachtowej. Śniadania w uroczej, pobliskiej kafeterii. Jedyna wada to brak jakiegokolwiek haczyka w łazience do zawieszenia ręcznika itp.

En god oplevelse!
Et super fint hotel i centrum af La Spetzia med nye og rene værelser og super god service. Det var klart en god oplevelse. Hotellet er tæt på havnen så man kan let tage færgen til 5 Terre. Der er ikke parkering lige ved hotellet da det ligger i et område med kun gågader.

You get what you pay for - we learned that lesson!
Pros - Excellent location, walk e erywhere to shops and eateries - Excellent Bar next door, really nice peoples d good food! Cons - No one there to greet us although we returned their email stating when we would arrive, - Sloppy housekeeping, Day 1 she forgot all of our towels, Day 2 she forgot our shampoo, Day 3 she completely forgot to clean our room although we had THEIR sign up requesting it be cleaned, this was annoying since we spent hours and hours walking around Cinque Terre! - bring your own toiletries as they only give (when she remembers) this tiny pouch of a COMBO shampoo/shower gel. - The shower is ridiculously small - a 2 foot square with no place to put toiletries- you have to put them on a ledge outside the shower, above the toilet and flood the floor trying to grab them! - don’t open the window unless you want to get eaten alive by mosquitoes! - Lovely view of the filthy patio covered with cigarette butts, clothes pins and garbage...

Dear guests, we are sorry for the inconveniences you have found. Our structure boasts excellent cleaning. The staff told me that the sign "please do not disturb" was hanging at the door, that's why the room was not redone. The terrace that you mention is not owned by the structure
