OUR HOME IS CLOSE TO MINITAS BEACH AND ALL THE AMENITIES CASA DE CAMPO OFFERS, AS IT IS LOCATED AT THE CENTER OF THE RESORT.
PARADISE FOR GOLFERS AND THE WHOLE FAMILY!!


Las Toronjas 1 is a uniquely designed, airy and opened to nature villa. Surrounded by lush tropical gardens and coconut trees overlooking the 10th hole of La Romana Country Club Golf Course, designed by Pete Dye, at Casa de Campo, La Romana. Strategically located, Las Toronjas 1 is just a few minutes away from Minitas Beach, the Marina, Altos de Chavon, the main hotel facilities, and three other golf courses including the famous Pete Dye design Teeth Of The Dog.

As you enter this open space villa you’ll enjoy the greenery and warmth of the indoor garden surrounded by bedrooms, living room, studio, gazebo, swimming pool and heated jacuzzi – all these areas enjoy the spectacular view of the fairway and green of the 10th hole.

The home has 4 bedrooms with 4.5 bathrooms. One queen bed in master bedroom, one king bed in second bedroom and in room 3 and 4 each one has 2 queen size beds. All four bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans, Smart TVs, safe deposit boxes and full bathrooms. The studio, as well, has air conditioning, a 65" Smart TV. The living room has a 30 ft. high ceiling, hosts 2 dining tables that each seats 12; and opens up with six wooden sliding doors, to a view over the deck and swimming pool, towards the golf course. The gazebo is located between the pool and indoor courtyard with a living area and a dining table that seats ten, facing the green of the 10th hole.

We have a 3 member staff: butler (sleeps in a facility outside the villa), cook and housekeeper till 5:00 p.m. Breakfast and lunch are prepared daily at the request of our guests. Daily cleaning, linens and towels are included with the rental. Dinner, personal ironing and laundry can be provided at a nominal fee to be arranged directly with the staff, as can be arranged with any other services our guests might need.

We stayed at Hilda's gorgeous villa for a girls trip and it was everything we dreamed of and more. From the moment, I inquired about the property Hilda was responsive, kind, and attentive to every request. She even helped book our airport transfers, helped arrange groceries for us, and golf cart rentals. She made sure we were well prepared with all the necessary details ahead of our arrival so our check in process was seamless. The property itself is exactly as pictured - beautiful and clean. The decorations and newly renovated updates create a beautiful atmosphere overlooking the beautiful golf course. Her staff Ivan, Sileni, and Nana were incredible. Sileni prepared us the most delicious and healthy well balanced meals. Ivan made sure we had what we needed at all times. Setting the table with beautiful porcelain for every meal, bringing us trays of coffee when we needed it, making sure we had clean pool towels, and helping prepare our cocktails. Nana kept the place very tidy throughout our stay, while respecting our privacy. The staff was overall amazing and were never overbearing. We are already planning when we can return, as our stay truly exceeded expectations! We can't thank Hilda enough for letting us stay here.

This was truly an amazing trip and without question our favorite villa in Casa de Campo after 4 visits. The location is absolutely perfect. Centrally located and just minutes from every amenity the resort offers. The house itself is perfection with a wide open golf course view that feels both peaceful and expansive. We went to Casa de Campo for 1 week with our kids. House had been remodeled and it is in pristine conditions. Home is big and spacious, with a big central garden with the swimming pool and jacuzzi. The ambiance of the house is very peaceful and it incorporates nature. Communication with the host was direct, easy and quick to respond. We loved this house and hope to go back in the future.

We had the absolute best stay and a perfect relaxing time in this property on the golf course.The house is perfect. Beautiful finishes, impeccably clean, very comfortable. The food was great, Sileni the chef made some of the best food we've had. The staff, Ivan and Nana were so helpful and took great care of us. The communication with Hilda, the owner, was easy and she was very helpful with all the details from the renting of the golf cart, the pickup and drop-off to the airport and everything in between. 100% will go back and highly recommend!

My Favorite Place

My fifth visit to Casa de Campo. It is really like no other place with the beauty and warm waters of the Carribean combined with an active 7000 acre gated community with many top restaurants concerts and events going on. You can stay for a month and find something new and interesting do do every day. Toronjas 1 is a perfect house right in the center of it all.

A Merry Christmas

Despite an illness that spread among a few family members during our visit, all were delighted with the house and staff! Hilda was very communicative before our visit and always responsive. The staff were very accommodating to our variable schedule - and always preparing delicious dishes and smoothies with the groceries we bought. Amazing stay

I can’t say enough good things about our stay, Hilda, and the house staff. Hilda was a wonderful host, very prompt with her communications and sent very clear and detailed information about arranging airport transfers, renting a golf cart and pre ordering groceries. During our stay she was also available with quick responses for any questions i had. The house was perfect. Large, spacious, beautiful. The rooms were all clean and large. The outdoor space was everything. We ended up spending significantly more time at the house because we were all so happy with the pool and the view of the golf course and the zen of enjoying it. It was me, my husband, his mother and our three teenage children. The photos don’t even do justice to how colorful and pretty the pool, view and yard were. The staff was so nice and friendly and helpful. We had breakfast and most lunches at the house. Everything was delicious and Ivan made us feel like we were eating at a hotel with his beautiful presentation and service. I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was. Thank you!!!

Heaven at Casa de Campo!

Hilda's property is vacation perfection! Its luscious green gardens around the pool deck made us spend as much time as possible outside, which we needed as a family from chilly New York. Great for families

Hilda was a great host. She helped me organize everything (golf karts rental, grocery shopping before we hot there, airport transfers). The house is one of a kind right on the golf course. To us the backyard area was the best in the house to drink your coffee in the morning and hear the birds. The kids were running around the whole property since everything is open. The staff was top notch. Ivan was amazing he was always there making sure all our needs were satisfied.
