This beautiful residence borders the imposing La Paz Malecón on its far right side; just a few steps away, you’ll find yourself enjoying the city’s most spectacular sunsets from our Malecón, and a wide array of delicious culinary options to suit your taste!

This residence is extremely comfortable, featuring classic design details and all the modern amenities to make your stay perfect. It includes an outdoor pool, as well as a dining area and a BBQ.

You’ll love the bedrooms—each comes with a full private bathroom, as well as a lighted vanity, towels, soap, shampoo, a hair dryer, and more.

All the facilities are perfectly laid out and very spacious, ranging from a luxurious indoor dining room for gatherings and bohemian evenings for 14 guests, as well as a spectacular TV room with a large L-shaped sofa where you can enjoy the best sporting events!

We have an enclosed garage with an electric gate that accommodates two cars.

The entire residence is climate-controlled in every room, so you’ll have no trouble enjoying a comfortable indoor environment. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, and large freezer, wine cooler, and, in addition, all the necessary kitchen utensils and appliances, such as a toaster, coffee maker, and hand blender, among others.

The area is very safe, with city security personnel patrolling 24 hours a day, and it offers a relaxed, family-friendly, and tourist-friendly atmosphere. There are no nightclubs or bars in the area that might cause noise disturbances or crowds during your stay.
