Casa Catalina is a comfortable and well-located retreat in Las Colinas, inside the exclusive Puerta Cortés Resort. The home features 3 bedrooms with Queen beds, 2 full bathrooms, beautiful views of La Paz Bay and the marina, and access to select resort amenities. It is ideal for families, couples, or friends looking for privacy, comfort, and a relaxed resort lifestyle.



The Space:

Casa Catalina is designed to offer a peaceful and comfortable stay while enjoying everything Puerta Cortés has to offer. The house features three Queen bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a bright living area with Smart TV and WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchen for home-style cooking.



The private terrace offers lovely views of La Paz Bay and is located just steps from the community pool. Guests also benefit from private security, easy access to the marina, and convenient parking directly in front of the house. Las Colinas is a quiet residential area within the resort, perfect for relaxing while remaining close to golf, dining, and resort amenities.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, living room, and the private terrace with bay views. One assigned parking space is available directly in front of the house.



Resort amenities available to guests include the community pool at Las Colinas and access to the facilities of Hotel Indigo Puerta Cortés, including the Puerto area, hotel swimming pools, gym, and other common amenities, subject to hotel policies and hours of operation.



Optional services are available upon request and include golf cart rental and additional housekeeping, both at an extra cost.



Important Notice – Beach Club Access



Starting March 20th, 2026 (Semana Santa), the Blue Cortés Beach Club will be exclusive to members only. As a result, guests staying at Casa Catalina will not have access to Blue Cortés Beach Club.



Guests will instead have access to the facilities of Hotel Indigo Puerta Cortés, including the Puerto area, hotel swimming pools, gym, and additional amenities offered by the hotel, subject to availability and hotel policies. This change is established by the resort and is outside of our control. We appreciate your understanding.



The Neighborhood:

Puerta Cortés Resort is a luxury seaside community located in La Paz, Baja California Sur. The resort features a full-service marina, restaurants, coffee shop, spa, fitness center, and a world-class golf course, all within a secure and beautifully designed environment.



The marina accommodates large yachts and offers services such as fueling, dockage, maintenance, and repair. Guests can enjoy activities including fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, and boating. Within the resort you will also find several dining options, including Steinbeck’s, a signature restaurant offering Mexican and Californian-inspired cuisine with views of the Sea of Cortez.



The El Cortés Golf Course, designed by Gary Player, is an 18-hole course with ocean views, a driving range, and putting green, suitable for players of all skill levels. The resort spa provides a tranquil setting with massages, body treatments, and beauty services.



Getting Around:

Casa Catalina is conveniently located within Puerta Cortés Resort, offering easy access to key destinations in and around La Paz.



La Paz International Airport (LAP) is approximately 20–25 minutes away by car. Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is located about 2 hours and 15 minutes away, depending on traffic. Downtown La Paz and the Malecón are just a 10–15 minute drive from the resort, where guests can enjoy restaurants, shops, galleries, and local attractions.



Within Puerta Cortés Resort, mobility is simple and comfortable. Guests can easily move around the marina, golf course, restaurants, hotel areas, and common spaces on foot or by vehicle. Beaches within the resort, as well as nearby areas along the Sea of Cortez, are just a short walk or drive away.



A golf cart is available for use inside the resort at an additional cost and subject to availability. Golf carts are ideal for short trips within Puerta Cortés and marina areas.



Additional transportation options are available upon request and at an extra cost, including car rentals, SUVs or vans, private transportation with driver, and bicycles. These services can be arranged in advance to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay.



Other Things to Note:

Casa Catalina is located in Las Colinas, a private residential enclave within Puerta Cortés, offering a secure and quiet environment. The private terrace is ideal for enjoying panoramic views and sunsets over La Paz Bay.



As with most coastal destinations, marine life such as stingrays may be present near the shore during certain seasons, and caution is advised when swimming. Occasionally, resort events, marina activity, or nearby construction may generate ambient noise during daytime working hours, typically between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.



Interaction with Guests:

Our team is available to assist you before and during your stay to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience. We offer personalized concierge services and are happy to help with transportation arrangements, grocery pre-stocking, housekeeping, chef services, dining recommendations, tours, and local experiences in and around La Paz.



Personal assistance is available daily from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Outside of these hours, our team remains available in an assisted manner for urgent matters or support as needed.

The home was lovely and had everything we needed for our stay. The golf cart was awesome to have to get down to Puerta Cortes. It is an incredible place. Ana was great at communicating with us about the home and amenities. Would go back in a heartbeat!
