We inform you that the Condo pool will be closed due to maintenance from Monday August 25th to Saturday September 13rd 2025. Prices already reflect a discount for this. Situated right in front of the beach, this beautiful condo has great views. It has a full well equipped kitchen, the master bedroom has a king sized bed, second bedroom with two queen beds, both with their private bathroom and 65” Tv’s, and the Living room has a big screen tv (86inch), Apple Tv, Disney, HBO, Prime, Full Bathroom, Day bed, and large balconies in every room with pool and sea views. There's a gas barbecue grill on the balcony to cook some steaks or your catch of the day!

Activities in the resort include an Arthur Hills 18 hole golf course (very reasonable prices for guests), 2 restaurants, an infinity pool, volleyball, tennis, miles of beach..


You can get here taking an Uber or Taxi to take you to Marina Cortez, the gate to our shuttle boats is between El Anzuelo (restaurant) and Cafe Capri (restaurant). The shuttle boats (complimentary for guests) run every half hour between 7am and 11pm (return to city at 15 and 45 minutes after each hour ).There are after hours shuttles, these must be prearranged and with a fee. Once you arrive at the Paraiso del Mar dock, there will be a shuttle to take you to your unit, just let him know which unit you are going. Please feel free to call/message me for any question.
