Spacious and bright apartment in the heart of Corralejo, Brand New!



Newly renovated and fully furnished, this apartment is located on the first floor of a quiet street building. It comfortably accommodates up to 4 people, making it ideal for both your vacation or your remote work stay. Superbly located just a few steps from the sea, the harbor, and the beaches of Corralejo, where you can enjoy the liveliest city on the island!



The Space:

This accommodation has everything you need for your vacation or remote work (high-speed WiFi/router with perfect connectivity and speed). It features a large smart TV with Netflix connectivity and a spacious "L"-shaped sofa bed, perfect for relaxing and unwinding.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, Dolce Gusto coffee machine (capsules provided), kettle, toaster, and washing machine, among other amenities.



The bathroom includes a hairdryer, and bath towels are provided. You'll also find an iron for your clothes in case your wardrobe gets a bit wrinkled during your trip.



The bedroom has a balcony where you can enjoy your coffee, have a meal, or simply hang your clothes to dry. With 45m² of space, this apartment offers ample room, and its abundant natural light from the large windows adds to its appeal. Being right in the center of Corralejo, you can enjoy the beaches, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets without needing a car.



The nearest beaches are just 400 meters away (Muelle Chico and Playa de la Clavellina). A short walk from the apartment, you'll find Corralejo's port, from where you can take a boat to Isla de Lobos or catch a ferry to Lanzarote. Just two streets away is the Bristol promenade, offering views of Lanzarote and Lobos, making it a delightful spot for a morning stroll and one of the most beautiful sunrise views in the Canary Islands if you're an early riser.



Additional Information:

I'm very flexible with check-in and check-out times and do my best to accommodate my guests. I understand the inconvenience of arriving at 10 in the morning and having to wait until 3 PM for check-in.



Pets are welcome.



If you're traveling with a baby, feel free to request a crib and/or a baby chair, which will be provided based on availability.



Upon your arrival, a courtesy set will be offered, including everything you need for your first days (1 coffee capsule per guest, dishwashing sponge and detergent, napkins, 1 roll of toilet paper, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner).
