L'appartement est situé à El Sultan Complex, qui dispose de quatre piscines extérieures, deux d'entre eux pour les enfants. Une cuisine entiÚrement équipée, WIFI gratuit, linge de lit et les serviettes sont inclus. Il est entiÚrement meublé pour assurer d'agréables vacances.

L'appartement dispose d'un salon avec une télévision à écran plat, deux bedrroms, une avec un lit double et l'autre avec deux lits. La salle de bain est entiÚrement équipée, avec baignoire et bidet. Il dispose d'une terrasse privée à l'étage, uniquement pour l'usage des invités.

El Sultan Complex est Ă  environ cinq minutes Ă  pied du centre de Corralejo et le port, oĂč partent les ferries aller Ă  Lanzarote. L'aĂ©roport de Fuerteventura est Ă  environ 30 minutes en voiture.

C’est la deuxiĂšme fois que nous retournons Ă  Corralejo. Nous sommes trĂšs content d’avoir choisi cet appartement dans le nouveau quartier de Corralejo, logement trĂšs confortable et bien agrĂ©able pour passer 14 jours au top, la rĂ©sistance est sĂ©curisĂ©e et trĂšs bien entretenue avec 2 piscines et Ă  peine 15mm en voiture des immenses plages des dunes de sable de Corralejo. SpĂ©cial merci Ă  JosĂ© notre contact qui nous a accompagnĂ© durant notre sĂ©jour par mails et tous les informations indiquĂ©es trĂšs clairement sans aucun problĂšmes. Richard, France AoĂ»t 2019

Nice apartment, fantastic views, if I was to go back again ask for hoover, air con, folding chairs to pool. Road noise terrible, all day with beach buggy’s , and traffic at night. Area good. Neighbours put in new bathroom, 8 days of noise , I would think about returning again .

We had 2 properties in total a 3 bed house and 2 bed apartment. Both were spotless and very well equipped. Beds were so comfortable which was a bonus. Pool area was lovely and the grounds and pool were so clean. Can’t really find any fault in both properties but just a little bit of constructive feedback I hope
 It would be good to have a safe for putting passports in and plastic glasses for use at the pool. Communication with Jose was good and the instructions for access to the complex was good. All in all a lovely break and we hope to return

The apartment itself was perfect. It was clean, had everything we needed and comfy beds. The welcome pack on arrival was appreciated. Contact with the host was great and quick responses. We liked the location of the property. It was around a 15 minute walk to the start of the main road in Corralejo where all the shops and restaurants are. We enjoy a walk so this was perfect for us. There is a Hiperdino 2 minutes away along with some bars etc. We ate at the Indian Red Chilli and Pizza at Caesers. Both were exceptional. We enjoyed a few drink at Nicos and Snooty Fox also. There is a shopping centre in the opposite direction which we enjoyed going to also. The Hiperdino there is bigger and cheaper. Some lovely boutique type shops and restaurants. A market on Sunday, this is around 10 minutes away. The only issue for us was the noise on the main road. The apartment is very hot and only 1 fan worked so we had to leave windows open at night. The main road is very noisy all night long so we woke up many times. There is also building work currently behind the complex so everywhere is very dusty. For this reason we did not use the terrace much as everything needed to be cleaned daily. We very much enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful joliday but would definitely want an apartment off the main road if we visited again Wr

We stayed in the apartment for 3 weeks and found it to have everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped with utensils, crockery, glasses, pans, cooker with oven and microwave. There was a washing machine and dishwasher in the property too. The apartment was very spacious with a large seating area and dining table. Beds were very comfortable. Spare sheets and lots of towels in apartment for longer stays. Absolutely fantastic solarium with loungers, dining table and chairs and casual seating area for sole use of apartment 38. The TV has access to UK TV channels and Netflix if you want a night in. El Campanario centre is a 5 minute walk away and the Main Street about 20 mins. A welcome pack of water, biscuits and juice was provided. It would have been nice to have some handwash liquid and shower gel even just small sachets as a starter. The complex is a mix of holiday lets and residential apartments which did cause some problems with residents obviously getting up early for work. As a light sleeper I was also woken early with the bin lorry and road noise. We had to contact Jose a few times throughout our stay and he got back to us very quickly. There are pools within the complex but you need to take the loungers from the solarium to them as there is not loungers there for general use. Overall this is an excellent 2 bedroomed apartment with fantastic private outdoor space which gets the sun all day. There are beautiful sea views of Los Lobos and over to the harbour.

The views from the rooftop of this property are stunning and its location is ideal for Corralejo centre. Two pools available which are very attractive. The apartment has most utensils you require and the welcome pack was excellent. All linen and towels were first class. Apartment has washing machine, dish washer, microwave, hairdryer, cleaning equipment, everything you need to make it a hassle free holiday. Jose was always available to chat with. Had a fantastic two weeks at the apartment. Very well maintained complex with an excellent choice of pools. Situated a short walk from shops bars and restaurants. The apartment has everything we needed with a great roof terrace. Jose the host was fantastic with great communication, checking that we’d arrived ok and later during our stay checking that everything was ok. Will definitely book again, thanks for a great holiday.

The apartment and complex were great. Ideally located and had everything we wanted. Hopefully we'll stay there again in the future. I would however give a couple of warning notes. We stayed for a month and the bigger of the two pools was closed the whole time. The apartments are currently under going maintenance and ours was being done while we were there, this was particularly frustrating as we were not warned about it all of the work beforehand.

Spacious well appointed flat in good location, complex nice and quiet ,other reviews mentioned no air con but felt not needed as there were fans in the flat, no safe in the flat (essential in this day and age), requests for flat essentials (ie plugs for sinks) refused by owner. Unable to get UKTV to work but not a problem for us. Lovely large roof terrace with great views, plenty of loungers and chairs, it would benefit from a shaded area for those that aren’t sun worshipers. Pools and pool area great, pool is unheated and very cold at this time of year. Painting and minor repairs on going on complex (no mention of this by owner). It was noisy for well over a week due to use of a “cherry picker” No regard by complex or flat owner as to consideration of vacationers. Jose said they should be allowed there regardless of our wishes and thoughts, other roof terraces took 2.5 to 3 hours approximately to repair and paint, not at all reasonable for us to vacate for this time and would not have been happy using loungers while workmen there. The workmen themselves were friendly and considerate. I will be taking the maintenance issue up with Vrbo.

Apartment was spacious and clean although some parts of the kitchen were a little old everything was in good working order. Check in was easy although arriving in the dark was a bit of a challenge and parking was a couple of streets away. No faults with apartment but I do think that the advert should state that the apartment is on a 1st floor and up 3 flights of stairs. It wasnt an issue for us but for others it maybe. We had a great stop with warm sunnu weather and just jackets in the evenings when the wind got up.

From first contact to finish, Jose is extremely helpful and organised. The arrival details are clear and straight forward. The apartment is spotlessly clean, comfortable and has all you need. Can't say about TV as we never switched it on. It is positioned on a gated complex 5-10 mins walk to main areas, as long as you go out right gate on other side of complex and not take a long detour as we did first night. Idiots!. The beds are comfy, chairs comfy, great WiFi, and the roof terrace is a great suntrap with nice furniture. The complex is not a holiday village but a residential area with a few visitors and as such is quiet which suited us fine. We were very pleased and thank Jose for keeping apartment up to a clean and comfortable standard.

Booked this two bedroom apartment with a roof top terrace and stayed for a week. Clean, comfortable beds, quiet and good position with a short walk to get to town. Swimming pool was brilliant and then area around the pool was clean and tidy. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Beautiful apartment and complex near to town and shopping centre. The bedrooms are a good size and the beds are comfortable. It is very clean and well equipped and is located in a secure complex with access to communal swimming pools. A decent sized supermarket is just 5 minutes walk away which was very handy. The center of Corralejo is a bit further to walk but only a 15 minutes stroll. The rooftop terrace is the icing on the cake. It provides great views over the area and is a good private space to enjoy all day sun. All in all I had a great holiday at apartment 11 which is great value for money. Finally, a big thank you to the owner, Jose, who responded very promptly whenever I emailed him for help and information and dealt quickly and effectively when there was a problem with the wi-fi service.

We spent nearly 4 weeks in Apartment 11 in the El Sultan complex from mid Feb 18. The arrival process was well explained and straightforward. The apartment was spacious and well looked after. An instruction book explained most things you would need to know and the owner was contactable should you find it necessary. A change of bedding was supplied. There was a roof top terrace for al fresco dining with both sun beds and table and chairs. The complex was very quiet and well maintained and the pool area was a joy. A mixture of sun terraces and shaded area. It was a 2 minute walk to the local mini supermarket, a couple of local bars and café’s and a few takeaway places. A 10 minute walk got you to a large supermarket and shopping centre and 20 minutes got you to the main street with multiple shops and restaurants. Follow the main street towards the harbour and you came to the old town with lots of authentic restaurants down alleyways and side streets. A really nice place to visit.

Two bed apartment in nice quiet complex. Great roof terrace and plenty on swimming & paddling pools on site, kids loved it! Only a few minutes walk from the main strip, but far enough away to leave it behind. Small complex of shops and restaurants (including good supermarket) only a couple of minutes walk away. We would happily stay here again.
