The house features two well-equipped bedrooms: one with a double bed for added comfort and another with two single beds, ideal for families or groups. It also has two full, fully equipped bathrooms.
The spacious, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes, including a drinking water filtration system, allowing you to drink and cook without having to buy bottled water. The kitchen opens onto the bright living-dining room, a perfect space to enjoy with family or friends. From the living room, you can access one of its two private terraces.
Outside, two spacious terraces with artificial grass await you:
First terrace (approx. 60 m²): equipped with a Balinese bed, lounge chairs, sail-style awnings that provide shade, and a comfortable recliner, ideal for relaxing or sunbathing.
Second terrace: features a cozy seating area, a table with chairs, and a grill, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. From here, a door leads directly to the sea, through some natural pools that are usually filled during the winter months. They are only suitable for swimming when the sea is calm, so their use depends on sea conditions.
In addition, you can cool off in a small private pool measuring approximately 1.50 x 2.70 meters, originally a converted traditional pond. Although it is not a conventional pool, it is perfect for those seeking a unique experience. Access is recommended only for adventurers.
