The Villa is an elegant work of art spread over three levels.

Upper floor

This oasis will welcome you after a swim or a kayak trip, offering you the chance to cool down or warm up under our outdoor shower with a sea view.

During the day, the coast becomes perfect for your Yoga sessions, tranquil snorkeling, or exploring nearby pristine beaches with the two equipped kayaks.
At sunset, the sky is dyed an intense pink, wrapping Caprera Island in a magical atmosphere. At night, the silvery light of the moon illuminates the granite, offering a unique opportunity for a swim under the stars, accompanied by the soft lights of underwater torches.




The Villa can accommodate up to 8 people, making it an ideal solution for families or groups of friends. The living area comes with quality linens, and there is a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and sink. The bedrooms and the walk-in closet on the first floor are air-conditioned, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the Villa, and there is private parking on the property, both outdoor and covered. Pest and mosquito control treatments are carried out several times throughout the season.
