Welcome to Villa Le Rocher – A dream getaway facing the Îles d'Or

Nestled in the heart of a private, secure estate, a stone's throw from Argentière beach, this exceptional property offers optimal comfort for an unforgettable stay. Overlooking the sea with only the Îles d'Or bay opposite, it offers breathtaking panoramic views.

Relax as you wish: swimming pool or jacuzzi, sunny terraces, and spacious areas that can accommodate up to 14 people.
The accommodation

On the main level, you will find a large, bright living room combining a lounge, dining room and open kitchen, extended by a loggia with a sea view. A barbecue completes the facilities for enjoying beautiful sunny days to the full. The outdoor area also includes a private swimming pool, a jacuzzi and sun loungers for relaxing moments facing the sea.

There are also two suites on this level:
- A master suite with bedroom, dressing room, bathroom with shower and bathtub.
- A second suite with bathroom with shower and private loggia.

On the upper level, you will find the sleeping area with:
- Two bedrooms with access to the terrace.
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- And a converted attic space with two double beds and one single bed, perfect for children or young adults.

The lower level has two additional bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.

For your comfort, the accommodation is fully equipped: bed linen, towels and pool/beach towels are provided to ensure you have a comfortable stay.

In total, the villa has 7 bedrooms, 7 beds and 4.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 14 people in an idyllic and peaceful setting.

REMINDER: For your safety and that of your children, our swimming pool is an unsupervised relaxation area. Secure access is provided for young children, but we remind you that children must always be accompanied by an adult when swimming. Thank you for your understanding and vigilance in making this stay an unforgettable one!

At Villa Le Rocher, we know that holidays are even better when you can share them with your loved ones – including your faithful four-legged companions. Pets are therefore welcome, provided they respect the premises and the people who will be staying there after you.

We simply ask that you ensure their well-being and behaviour during your stay, and that you keep them under your responsibility at all times, both inside and outside the villa.

In the event of damage or specific cleaning required due to their presence, an adjustment to the fees may be applied, even after your departure, if necessary. This vigilance allows us to continue to welcome all our guests, including pets.
