Welcome to Peaceful Waters! Enjoy 53 acres of nature with stunning lakefront views from every room. Your party gets exclusive access to this gorgeous, newly constructed facility. It has everything you need for a group of up to 14, with room for more when you purchase extra bedrooms.

Enjoy our huge pool, hot tub, fishing, hiking, games for all ages, and more! Just 1 hour from Austin and 2 hours from Houston.

Pet friendly, $100 for up to 2 dogs per visit. Please add your pet before booking.

YOUR RENTAL
Come relax lakeside at the luxurious Peaceful Waters Retreat Center!

Your stay includes 3 bedrooms and exclusive use of the Retreat Center’s kitchen, great room, pool, hot tub, and all other common spaces.

No other guests are booked at the Retreat Center during your stay. Any bedrooms your group doesn’t rent simply stay empty.

Normally, booking this facility with all 8 bedrooms runs $2,500/night. With just 3 bedrooms included, you get the same private retreat at a fraction of the price!

Need more bedrooms? You can add up to 5 more for an additional fee.

THE BEDROOMS
Deluxe Suite - Room #7 (700 ft²)
- King + 2 twins + Sleeper sofa
- Features a deluxe soaking tub and walk-in shower
- Private entrance + porch with Adirondack chairs

King Suites - Rooms #5 & #6 (550 ft² ea.)
- Each suite has a king, 2 twins, and sleeper sofa
- Both feature a luxurious 4-head walk-in shower
- Private entrance + porch with Adirondack chairs

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES:
- Located on 53 stunning acres in the TX countryside
- Lake with rowboat, SUPS, and lots of fish (catch and release fishing allowed)!

FARM & WILDLIFE
- Abundant wildlife: Deer, heron, frogs, wild turkeys, and playful otter families
- Meet our equine, bunnies, goats, and chickens – tour available!

PRIVACY
Please note, our property includes a separate “Ranch House” rental, located a couple hundred yards away with no line of sight. Its guests may also enjoy the lake and trails, but your buildings, pool, hot tub and patio are reserved for your group only.

Keeping 53 acres beautiful takes work, so you may occasionally see our team mowing or landscaping nearby. We schedule around guests whenever possible.

POLICIES
- Quiet hours: 10PM to 8AM.
- No parties without pre-approval.
- Rental agreement required (you’ll receive a link after booking)
- We treat & maintain buildings to reduce bugs, but this is the countryside – no refunds for pests
- Check-in: After 4PM – Check-out: Before 11AM. Early check-in/late checkout available for a fee (if schedule allows)

Please remember to communicate these “Ranch Rules” to your guests:
- Hot tub: Cover & buckle after use (or it gets gross)
- Doors & A/C: Keep doors closed when running A/C to avoid breaking it
- Pool: No glass in pool area
- No driving on the grass, it can damage irrigation & septic
- Garbage bags go in bins! (or critters get into them)
- Respect the property: Please treat the place like it’s your own
