This residence, featuring a swimming pool open from June 15th to September 15th, is ideally situated just 150 meters from the beach and 100 meters from shops, providing easy access to seaside activities and everyday amenities.
This studio apartment, measuring 21 m², includes a loggia and a 14 m² terrace. Located on the ground floor, it faces south and offers pleasant views of the green spaces and the swimming pool. Private parking is also available. Pets are not allowed.
Inside, the well-maintained and comfortable furnishings create a warm atmosphere. The kitchenette is integrated into the living area and includes a four-burner ceramic hob, microwave, mini-fridge, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron, television, Wi-Fi, and a bathroom with toilet.

The studio can accommodate up to four people. It consists of a living area with a two-seater sofa and a sleeping alcove with two single bunk beds (80 cm wide).
