En het rolgordijn stelde niets voor, waardoor het gewoon licht bleef in de kamer. Verduisterende gordijnen zouden hier op zijn plaats zijn. The door lock freezes out after a few incorrect attempts, so we spent 10 minutes at 1am thinking we were crazy. 'I really love the location of the property in proximity to shopping and walking distance to restaurants . I wish there was more consistency regarding the Starbucks in the hotel, meaning I ordered the same drink all three days I stayed and each person made it differently. My room was EXTREMELY COLD. The temperature gauge is locked and I couldn’t adjust it. I had to sleep in my sweats every night. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The trim was great, bed was comfortable.'

'The staff are friendly and helpful, but my experience could’ve been better. It felt much more like an apartment than a hotel. First, there’s isn’t a coffee or water station. I’ve been at cheaper hotels like La Quinta Inn that managed to provide guests with a beverage station all day. It’s small comfort that’s missing. Second, the room’s lights are a cold white. It gives the rooms a clinical feel, as though you’re in an office or hospital. Third, they didn’t have a toothbrush or laundry...
