Positief: Netheid, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
The place was very cute, great location (right near La Fortuna and off the jungle/river). Beautiful place, we stayed for a week. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Silvia. We had a delay to flight, getting rental car, and then checking in (we did not arrive until midnight), yet Silvia stayed up and allowed us to check in late. There was an issue with the water not running and she was friendly and communicative throughout, they got the issue resolved very quickly and she provided drinking water to us. Only complaints are that the shower was cold the first two days and the shower glass was not long enough, so water spilled on the floor and we had to keep towels there. Additionally we wished that there was some sort of dresser to store our clothes. The hot tub also wasn’t working. The back yard area has hammocks to read in and out front by the pool has sitting hammocks which were great. There is also a common area with pool tables, hammocks, grills, basketball, and more. Overall we loved our stay
