In the living room there is a large equipped kitchen, a table that can accommodate 10 people, a living room with its 2 sofas.
It has a central air conditioning point.
A dining area is also set up outside, reasonably distant from the other house to preserve privacy.
The entrance will be via an access on the street side or another at the bottom of the garden as the first rooms can be rented separately.
It is possible to park bicycles behind the garden access gate in a shared space to allow you to navigate in the Pays de Retz.
The beach of La Sennetière and its park are 800 m away. The lake and the promenade to the centre are a little further away. You can rent bicycles in the centre of the village.
Hot water is produced by a geothermal heat pump installation and watering by a borehole to recover groundwater.
