'when we arrived they could not find our reservation - that was unfortunate as we travelled for more than 8 hrs and it took half an hour before they offered us a room anyway . We were offered a cookie and water bottles as well . at breakfast it was very crowded and half of buffet was empty ( croissants / ...) you contantly had to ask for it and often it was not available anymore '

'Clean and tidy hotel, very helpfull staff at reveptions and bellboys. Pierre at the reception desk was very accommodating.
Hotelroom has bodywash, shampoo, conditioner, body cream and hand wash as well as a hair dryer, coffeemachine and fridge. All very convenient. Aircon worked well. 6 minute walk to thr basilique and to the 747 busstop (to the airport). All in all, wouls recommend.'

'Excellent boutique hotel. Super comfy bed, super comfy pillow ( i will be buying the same from Lieberman Boutique). Perhaps the worst thing in most hotels is crappy, lifeless pillows. Not Hotel UVille.
Front desk was super friendly and checked me in late at midnight. He had the professionalism to call my room and double check any food restrictions.
They also provided a great breakfast with pain au chocolate, juices and cheese. Like wow.
