This house in L’Escala sleeps eight and has an 870 m² garden, a private swimming pool, a porch for outdoor dining and a barbecue.

The house is arranged over two floors, with spacious, bright interiors. The ground floor has a large dining room opening onto the garden, a fully equipped kitchen with a separate dining area and outdoor access, two bedrooms that each sleep two, and a full bathroom.

On the first floor, there is a large living room with a fireplace and access to the terrace and garden, two bedrooms that each sleep two, one of them a suite, a study and a total of two full bathrooms.

Across the four bedrooms, there are two double beds and four single beds.

The house is 300 metres from Riells beach and 350 metres from restaurants, shops, a children’s playground and the weekly market. The seafront promenade offers views of the bay and the Pyrenees.



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11,90€ per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.
