It has 2 bedrooms with a maximum capacity of 5 people. The ground floor has a large space for kitchen, dining room and living room, a small courtyard and a full bathroom. On the upper floor, the main bedroom has a double bed, while the second large bedroom has a partition for a smaller double bed and a single bed. On this floor there is another full bathroom with shower. The house is equipped with TV, internet (wi-fi), sound bar and central heating. The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, microwave oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, cooking utensils, coffee maker, kettle and juicer, iron and ironing board. Casa Rosa is located in a charming neighbourhood in the old town of L'Escala, 250 m from the beach, a former fishing port now surrounded by good restaurants, bars and cafés.
