With its large enclosed garden and comfortable amenities, it can accommodate up to 7 people for a relaxing stay on the island of Noirmoutier. Outside, enjoy a large fully enclosed garden, perfect for letting children play safely. Garden furniture awaits you for your terrace meals, whilst the barbecue promises delicious summer grilling.



From the entrance, you will be seduced by the through-lounge, bathed in natural light. It comprises a comfortable living room with sofa, television and large bay windows overlooking the garden, perfect for your moments of relaxation or your aperitifs after the beach. The adjoining dining room allows you to share your meals in a convivial atmosphere, and the fully equipped open kitchen will delight cooks: ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle… Everything is there to cook as at home!



The house has 4 comfortable bedrooms, divided into two separate sleeping areas. On the lounge side, a master bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and an adjoining bathroom offers you a true cocoon of privacy. You will also find a separate WC in this part. In the other wing of the house, accessible via a corridor, are a second bedroom with two bunk beds (90x190) reserved for children, a third bedroom with a King Size bed (180x190) and a fourth with a single bed (90x190). A second bathroom with shower as well as a second independent WC complete this sleeping area.



For even more comfort, the house is equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer and an iron. Although the house does not have private parking, you can park without difficulty on a free private car park right in front of the house.
