'3回目（毎回５泊６日）の利用でした。立地条件が良く居住性は良いです。 ベッドマットレスがへたっていたので、体が沈み込み寝返りをうったり起き上がるのが大変でした。ソファーも同様でした。 新しいベッドマットレス（しっかりした腰のある）に変えてほしいです。'

'Very smooth check-in. The place was really beautiful. The location was good, too. Quick walk to the red brick area. 20 minute walk to the ropeway. We were there in June, and didn't need to use the fire place, but the smell of woodsmoke was there. During winter, you expect the smell of wood burning, for sure, but I was not expecting that in June. However it didn't bother us since it was kind of like staying at a camping site. Just wondered if this might not be great for some people sensitive to...

'We enjoyed the stay very much. The room is smartly designed. The bedding is comfortable. The view of the harbor is an added bonus. The breakfast has incredible selection of food from Japanese to western.'

'近くにツルハ　セコマがあって便利だと思う'

'This was the perfect stay for our one night in Hakodate, but wish we could have staying longer to explore the city and enjoy this wonderful hotel! The amenities are top notch, from the private and public onsen, to the complimentary drinks and snacks, to the beautiful and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is such an array of Japanese food and loved the late night ramen. Such a nice way to unwind after a day of train travel. Really enjoyed the views from the property and truly felt relaxed here.'

'お風呂が広く快適に過ごせました。 寒いかと思っていたのですが、各お部屋は暖かくて良かったです。 皿やコップもあり食事もスムーズに楽しめました。'

'Just perfect to stay near the station when travelling in the south area of Hokkaido. The room was very pleasant'

'Convenient location to the station and morning market. The hotel and staff are great but the beds are horrible.'

'It was such a lovely stay with excellent food options, both at the hotel buffet and near the hotel. The employees were also very professional and welcoming to us. Would book here if I have the chance to come back to Hakodate!'

'Centrally located, great clean room with amenities like in-room washer & dryer, fridge, microwave, etc. Overall hotel was maintained very clean and tidy Staff were very pleasing, professional and ready to help in providing directions to site-seeing locations, shopping, transportation and restaurants in the Ginza. Breakfast selection was great with fresh breads, fruits, other dishes with vegan/vegetarian options.'

'Prima hotel als tussenstop'

'nice owner'

'The laundry room was easy to use and super convenient for longer trips. I was able to do 2 loads without having to wait. The room was spacious and I could open up two large luggages and still have space. The location felt a little more remote but is accessible to most attractions either by foot or by tram. '
