- Checkout before 11:00 AM
- Self check-in with coded access to key.

During your stay
- 4 guests maximum.
- No guests under 18 y.o. allowed without the presence of a parent.
- No pets.
- No parties or gatherings or events
- No commercial filming/photography/activities
- Strict No Smoking in indoor areas (no cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vape, cigars, joints, cannabis, candles, incense, etc)
- Smoking and vaping outside of the house and in the backyard only.
- No illegal substances
- No illegal activities.

Safety: The villa has a pool with no safety fence, therefore, active supervision at all times is necessary - for infants, children and guests with mobility issues - around and in the pool, as well as nearby climbable objects.
