Teleurstellend
Wij hebben in dit hotel 2 weken verbleven maar niet alles is zoals het wordt aangeprezen. Foto's vertellen niet altijd zoals het er in het echt uitziet. Maar laat ik positief beginnen. De kamers zijn schoon en de bedden liggen heerlijk en de airco werkt goed. Ook de TV heeft vele zenders en heeft een goed beeld. Het personeel doet zijn best om het je naar de zin te maken maar deze worden beperkt door de situatie ter plaatse. Het hotel ligt aan een drukke weg met veel herrie in de kamer zowel door de muziek uit het hotel als van het verkeer. Op de balkons zijn geen stoelen. De gasten zijn overwegend Chinees en Indonesisch. Het ontbijt is verschrikkelijk en stelt niets voor, rustig ontbijten is er niet bij want de muziek staat keihard. Er zijn twee liften waarvan er maar een in gebruik is waardoor je soms lang moet wachten, de andere wordt alleen in gebruik gesteld als er grote groepen zijn. Het zwembad is ook niet wat het lijkt. Klein en regelmatig waren er werkzaamheden. Soms was het water groen en kreeg je gele plekken in je zwemkleding. Er zijn geen parasols en de gehele tijd in de zon zitten is geen optie.

Pool closed. Dirty bath towels no face washers or hand towels. Restaurant closed without any notice. Staff not very helpful when addressed these issues as the said no management or supervisior on premises. Overall was glad we cancelled the first part of our stay there on got another hotel which was alot better. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms are run down with mold on the walls and ceilings, balcony handrail rotted away,cracked sink in bathroom, ceiling mouldy and leaking on you while sitting on the toilet, limited choice at breakfast, roof top pool deck dangerous loose with jagged wood sticking up if your not very careful you can slice your feet or worse, no cushions on the sunbeds no umbrellas, you have to go down to reception to get towels, bar not staffed, recetion area is clean and welcoming but thats where it ends.

DO NOT STAY HERE, THE STAFF IS EXTREMELY RUDE. THEY GO THROUGH YOUR THINGS AND STEAL. Hotel is very OUTDATED! WAC makes loud noises and since I was on the ground level floor I can hear noises coming from all directions of the hotel, all the fixtures were rusted and broken. The bed mattress was uncomfortable the middle of the mattress sunk down. There were lots of open gaps in the ceiling surrounding the lights and vents I felt like someone or something could’ve been peeking thru.

the pool area was very dirty during the morning hours when me and my group went. the a/c in my room didn't work and they wouldn't help us out after repeatedly asking them to, so i had to march to the lobby to demand a response, so finally they moved us to another room where the a/c worked

The staff are fantastic. They were very attentive and pleasant, really excellent in trying to accommodate our needs. The hot water wasn't working in the bathroom even though they came to fix it 3 times. Also, my daughter cut her foot on a broken tile in the swimming pool which ruined one of our afternoons as she wasn't able to walk on it. The chairs in the pool are looking pretty tatty, you should just recover them and the pool area will look 100% better.

旅慣れた人で安くて寝るだけなら良い。タオルはバスタオルのみで、歯ブラシを置き忘れられてた。 夜遅くのチェックインで、周りのお客さんが誰もいないからか、ウエルカムドリンクをフロントのスタッフの分まで一緒に持ってきた。私の前では飲まなかったが驚いた。 次は無いです。

For the price it was great value, the size of the room was great. I stayed here for three weeks and the staff were awesome. Great selection of different shopping and food nearby.
