'My family and I were moving from out of state to Texas and needed a place to stay to get things together. This hotel was the perfect place for that. The hotel and rooms were very clean! I felt safe and secure. It’s very convenient to Sam Houston Hwy with restaurants nearby. I wish gym was open and there were some loud guests nearby, but other than that I would recommend this hotel. The staff were helpful and welcoming as well !'

'Hotel heeft update/opknapbeurt nodig. Airco openbare ruimte op diverse verdiepingen werkt niet. Daar wordt niets over vermeld bij boeken/verteld bij inchecken. En dat bij 98 F. Ontbijt ruimte is groezelig en vuilnisbakken puilen uit. Geen reclame voor Best Western. Eigenlijk laat Best maar weg.'
