'El hotel está bastante bien respecto a calidad/precio. La piscina era muy bonita y toda esa área estaba muy limpia. A pesar de lo concurrido que estaba por ser 4 de julio. Fui con mi esposo y otra pareja. Éramos cuatro en una habitación doble, el espacio era suficiente y la vista de la habitación era un 10. La comida fue bastante buena y la atención del personal fue excelente. Aún así creo que deberían de ponerle un poco de atención a la sala de juegos que se encuentra en el lobby ya que estaba...

'Enjoyed our 4th of July weekend at the San Luis Resort, but two issues. 1) We could not find any pool seating because about 25% of the total available lounge chairs by the pool were unavailable due to paid reservations for pool seating. Many of them were unused throughout most of the day. They should offer fewer paid reserve seats and limit that to 4 hours periods. 2) Our outdated room had moist carpet and bathroom counters too low for the shortest people.'

'Showing up to property was very surprising nothing like the pics from the hotel I saw online. The room we were assigned was on the 5th floor in a separate hallway with a very loud door everytime someone entered the hallway the door would slam so hard. The room door had gaps all around the door frame with exposed lighting. The beds were full size so very small for two people . The view from the patio were no where close to the pool or beach view very poor scenery compared to the pics when we...

'Room was clean with the exception of the hairs that were in the beds when we arrived. The TV’s did not work and had to get service for this and to fix the broken door so it would close. Also had to have them reset both beds and then the fire alarms went off multiple times anyone showered or the balcony door was open too long. When we called, they did take us seriously and attempted to correct these things but was inconvenienced with so much staff in and out. We had 5 people in the room at one...
