'Property was spotless and the crew managing the business were extremely helpful. Spacious and inviting unit. Wondered if it would be helpful to have an awning of some kind to block rain from the furniture outside. Well after the rain, it was still a bit wet to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Peaceful, but units are close and it did not appear to be fully booked. As units are added, it will become a busy village with less open water view. Truly enjoyed our visit.'

'Love this property for the views and location. The home is stocked with everything you need, and the host supplies a small care package with starter supplies which was very helpful. Love that it is pet friendly so we could bring along our pup. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful with a private dock and friendly neighbors. Very short walk to the beach access and short drive to both Surf City and Sneads Ferry to get anything you need. Definitely will stay again in the future!'
