"The hotel itself is genuinely luxurious — elegant rooms, immaculate finishes, and facilities that are a real cut above. The spa, pool and fitness areas were excellent, and the overall atmosphere is exactly what you hope for at this level. The one thing that stopped this from being a perfect stay was the booking process. My reservation had somehow been cancelled in their system, and I only found out because I chased it up myself. Unfortunately I didn’t feel much willingness from the team to think along with me or take ownership of the problem — I had to keep pushing to get my booking reconfirmed. For a property of this standard, I’d expect the service to match the surroundings. The hardware is five-star; the guest support in this instance wasn’t. Worth staying for the facilities, but do double-check your reservation beforehand."

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the breakfast is excellent. There is a huge variety of food, so there is something for everyone. It was a great way to start each day. A special thank you to Michael, who went above and beyond to help us get connecting rooms so we could stay close to our children. We truly appreciated his kindness, professionalism, and outstanding service. He made a real difference to our stay. The only area that could use some improvement is the pool area. Several of the sun umbrellas were damaged, and unfortunately, the cabanas were broken and could not be used properly. Repairing or replacing them would make the pool area even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience thanks to the friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and excellent breakfast. We would happily stay here again."

"We had another wonderful stay at this hotel, and once again it exceeded our expectations. What makes this hotel truly special is its amazing staff. The doormen recognized us from our previous stays, which immediately made us feel welcome. It really feels like coming home every time we return. A special thank you to Zin Zin, who took our orders at the pool and remembered us from last year. Her kindness, professionalism, and excellent service made every day even more enjoyable. We would also like to thank one of the pool attendants (I believe his name was Sinjigh – he is a tall gentleman, and I apologize if I misspelled his name). He was absolutely amazing. Every single day he already knew exactly how many towels we needed and even brought us our bucket of ice without us having to ask. He is such a kind person, and the level of service he provides is outstanding. We chose the Half Board package, and it was absolutely worth it. The food and overall experience were excellent. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The outstanding service, friendly staff, and welcoming atmosphere are the reasons we keep coming back!"

"I have stayed at many hotels, but this stay truly stood out, thanks to the excellent management led by the General Manager, Mr. Orhun, who personally cares about the guests and responds quickly to any needs, as well as the entire team, who are friendly, positive, and professional, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel, making it rare to experience such consistent service across all departments, and my sincere compliments to the General Manager and the entire team for creating such a positive, comfortable, and memorable stay."

"Mooi ingericht, licht. De kamers zijn ruim en schoon, bij de inrichting is aan ieder klein detail gedacht, bijv. uittrekbaar wasrekje op balcon, een zaklamp in de kast etc. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam."

"Vanwege overgang van barcelo naar minor waren er wat veranderingen. Ontbijt was minder uitgebreid en er werd geen cappuccino meer geserveerd bij het ontbijt. Wel gewone koffie welke van zeer slechte kwaliteit was. "
