Ocean Dunes is an ideal year-round vacation spot for families! Located at the southern end of Pleasure Island, in Kure Beach next to Historic Fort Fisher, Ocean Dunes occupies one mile of beachfront with several private beach walkways. Included with your reservation is access to all the amenities Ocean Dunes offers, as well as the Recreation Center. Amenities include three outdoor pools, a children's playground, tennis courts, a basketball court and a cornhole. The Recreation Center has an indoor pool, whirlpool/spa, gym, saunas, and showers.

Don't forget to plan a visit to Fort Fisher, the NC Aquarium, or take the ferry over to Southport for a lovely stroll. Enjoy fishing from the Kure Beach pier, or dinner at some of our most famous restaurants. Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in Summer. Minimum 2-night stay other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 Queen, 1 Full, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa.
Parking: Two parking passes are included with reservation.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Smoking, Pets, Golf Carts, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
