« We had to change rooms as the air conditioning wasn't working; in the next room, it took a long time to get it working… there was a lot of noise at night because of the trains under the window… breakfast lacked quality products: no fruit juice, no yogurt, no cookies… just a small amount of cornflakes… »

« Internet was spotty at best. Restaurants closed both nights there (T/W). Yet very clean and spacious room and nice staff. »

« The room booked through expedia was not available. We were downgraded to the old rooms without compasation. When I realized it I insisted but no more rooms like ours were available. What's more, the rooms are dirty and noisy. »

« The good....The room was really clean, the decor was beautiful and the bed was so so comfortable. There was a lot of pillows, the AC worked great, and there were plugs on the bedside walls, next to the side tables to charge phones etc. It was downtown , and the staff was kind. The ok...The bathroom was mostly clean, but dirt was built up in the corners of the bathroom floors, the paint was chipped along the floor boards, the jetted tub showed signs of corrosion. I was really looking...

« The walls on the first floor are very thin. Every door you can hear slam and people talking on their rooms. The room had everything needed and the breakfast was satisfactory. »

« Rooms and hotel were OK. Proximity to the convention is great. Walk thru the lobby and into the convention center. Hotel needs a facelift. Room was clean but needed a refresh. Bathtub/shower definitely needed work. Rust stains in bathtub. »

« This was my second stay at this location. For some reason the exterior doors were poorly sealed (2x). Many small bugs flying around room. Had to jam towel in door gaps to try and mitigate. »

« One elevator and it was shared by cleaning staff and guests, also very slow. Keyed rooms doors did not work well and had to have my keys redone both days of our stay. The staff were kind and helped each time. »

« This hotel lacks corporate investment. The rooms are clean, but amenities are scarce. There is just one fast food restaurant in this casino and Cattleman restaurant is open for 4 hours day and no room service or breakfast on site. You have to pray for door dash. The Louisiana Board walk is Zombie movie set. I was so disappointed. Food was aweful. I went to KFC and went back Texas. »

« A little noisy but otherwise GREAT. There’s a Texas Roadhouse right in front of the hotel so that was convenient. Staff were phenomenal! Right off 1-25. Way better than a regular hotel. Didn’t make it up in time for breakfast but it smelled good. I felt very safe , would return in a heartbeat. Very clean, comfortable bed. »
