'Overal goed, behalve dat de airconditioning niet doet. Gelukkig was het weer niet al te warm. Uiteindelijk waren we geholpen door een mobiele airco (die ook niet zo goed werkt). '

'heel goed'

'We liked the atmosphere and artistic vibe of this hotel. It was clean, staff were friendly, and the restaurant inside was good too. We also enjoyed staying in the 798 Art District. Thank you for the wonderful stay.'

'Was located near mass transit, which was critical for getting around in the city. The two English speaking staff Lucy and Nathan were very eager to assist with any issues that came up. The others on staff that weren’t as proficient in English did use the translator app on their phones to help when they needed. The food in the hotel was excellent, but I wish thy had traditional tables to sit and dine.'

'Clean room，with gym and laundry machine. Great place!'

'ありがとうございました。 またの機会があれば利用しますね'

'The hotel staff cannot speak English and needed a translation. I received a phone call at 5:30 from the lobby and had no idea what she was saying as it was all in Chinese.'

'I couldn't find the hotel based on the English address the hotel provided. I used amaps and didi; two apps that work in China to identify addresses and request taxis to take you to those addresses. I showed the printed confirmation address to two taxi drivers who both said, "no." I used manipulated forms of the address and still they didn't work. i called the hotel and no one answered. The hotel refused to return my money not just for one night but 4. -unacceptable. Maybe if the hotel...

'Very nice hotel, spacious room, modern amenities, delicious Chinese breakfast!'
