'It's okay Frank was very helpful and I thank him personally'

'My stay was excellent. From the moment I arrived to the moment I checked out, everything was seamless — thanks in large part to the amazing front desk manager, Eunice. Eunice is truly a gem. Her warm smile, welcoming attitude, and genuine dedication to making guests feel comfortable set the tone for my entire stay. She handled my check-in with outstanding professionalism, ensuring I had everything I needed and answering all my questions with patience and clarity. Throughout my stay, she...

'Clean room, staff awesome and business-friendly.'

'Very clean and up to date location. Very spacy appartment. Service was perfect. Thanks for your swift response and flexibility on my requests. There were 2 restaurants close by. And a good bar for drinks. Unfortunately WIFI was very weak, And the golfcourse ,as advertised, was NOT a 5 minute walk, but an eleven minute taxi drive. Neither was there an open view to the golfcourse.'

'Goed'

'Das Zimmer war sehr klein, wirkte insgesamt ungepflegt. Das Bad nicht unbedingt sauber. Handtuch und Frühstück gab es nur für einen von zwei Gästen. Das Personal im Restaurant war unfreundlich und unmotiviert.'

'We had such a wonderful time. Our host was very amazing and hospitable. One tip is to come with an SUV or a higher vehicle due to the conditions of the roads (please note this is in 2026, if reading in the future). Absolutely would love to return.'

'Clean room. Amenities not good. Almost non existent services. Internet extremely poor. Does not operate like a hotel. I cannot blame the staff. It appears staff have not been trained. Not good value for money'

'Rigtig dejligt værelse med dejligt lugte '

'Via Expedia 1 nacht geboekt en betaald. Eigenaar zei Expedia niet te kennen en dus moest ik nogmaals betalen. Ik wil geld terug wat ik via Expedia heb betaald. Het is ook een smerig niet onderhouden hotel wat naar mijn mening niet aangeprezen hoort te worden.'

'Fredericks Lodge is an oasis in Kumasi. It is a convenient distance from the airport and is more of a boutique hotel. It is impeccably clean with comfortable beds and high quality linen. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was just what we needed to start our day with a selection of Ghanaian and European options. This is my second time staying there because it is so welcoming and safe.'
