'It's okay Frank was very helpful and I thank him personally'

'My stay was excellent. From the moment I arrived to the moment I checked out, everything was seamless — thanks in large part to the amazing front desk manager, Eunice. Eunice is truly a gem. Her warm smile, welcoming attitude, and genuine dedication to making guests feel comfortable set the tone for my entire stay. She handled my check-in with outstanding professionalism, ensuring I had everything I needed and answering all my questions with patience and clarity. Throughout my stay, she...

'Fredericks Lodge is an oasis in Kumasi. It is a convenient distance from the airport and is more of a boutique hotel. It is impeccably clean with comfortable beds and high quality linen. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was just what we needed to start our day with a selection of Ghanaian and European options. This is my second time staying there because it is so welcoming and safe.'

'Clean room, staff awesome and business-friendly.'

'Clean room'

'Very clean and up to date location. Very spacy appartment. Service was perfect. Thanks for your swift response and flexibility on my requests. There were 2 restaurants close by. And a good bar for drinks. Unfortunately WIFI was very weak, And the golfcourse ,as advertised, was NOT a 5 minute walk, but an eleven minute taxi drive. Neither was there an open view to the golfcourse.'

'I felt safe as a single traveler'

'It wasn’t terrible, but the hotel is a bit far from the city center. The staff were attentive and well-intentioned. However, the breakfast was very poor. For six days, we kept eating omelet and bread. There were no slippers, tea, or coffee in the rooms—only a kettle. I honestly don’t understand what the kettle is for without tea or coffee. There was no shampoo in the bathroom either. The worst part was the constant noise coming from the water pump in the garden, which disturbed us all the time....

'Their water was polluted. As I turned on the water in the morning, at first the color was black with pure grime. Later on it turned brown. The staff failed to fix this problem in a timely fashion and I couldn’t shower the entire day. I ended up checking out to find a different hotel. Momo’s while acknowledging the problem has nonetheless refused to refund my payment. Momo’s staff were also deceptive. First they told me I owed dinner bill from the night I arrived and they would issue a refund...

'I declined sleeping at this premise because the room was full of molds so i requested for a different room but the Agent declined '

'Clean room. Amenities not good. Almost non existent services. Internet extremely poor. Does not operate like a hotel. I cannot blame the staff. It appears staff have not been trained. Not good value for money'
