quick check inn service, warm, casual, personal and hospitable staff. large and neat rooms. lots of information also present with the room book. food service was okay. personally I would like to thank 4 people for providing lots of information and advice. Thank you Zuni from the reception department. Mokhtar and Afi from the concierge department. the last person was a tall and light-tinted man and wears glasses. he works at the concierge department. Uitstekend hotel. Upgrade was de meerprijs meer dan waard (€ 50 per nacht) Grote kamer, tussen 5 en 8 uur 's-avonds in de cocktaillounge gratis alle alcoholische en niet-alcoholische dranken en hapjes (rijkelijk) waren de belangrijkste facetten van de upgrade.

Comfortabel verblijf.
Geen rechthoek kamer zoals in vele hotels maar een speelse indeling met een gangetje naar de badkamer. Zeer comfortabele luie stoel. Allen zou internet inclusief in de kamerprijs moeten zijn. Goed kwaliteit in room dining.Tevens kwalitatief goed ontbijt.

perfect place in KL
Perfect stay. Very friendly and helpfull staff, nice spacious room and great bathroom. We had dinner in the hotel which was a buffer with enormous variety. We would love to stay here again.

Wonderful lobby area that is breathtaking to behold. The rooms are very large ... however this is an old property and this is noticeable in the rooms that could do with a makeover. However the lobby area is exceptional. And makes up for everything. Great service as well. Hospitality gets top marks!

禁煙で予約したのにフロントのスタッフにツインルームは喫煙しかないと嘘をつかれた。 強く抗議して予約通りの禁煙のツインルームにチェックインすることが出来たが、そこに辿り着くまでに労力と時間を費やすことになり非常に腹立たしかった。日本人なら言いくるめられると思ったのかも知れないが、失礼な接客に本当にガッカリだった。眺めは良かったけど、老朽化も気になったし、プールのジャグジーはただの水たまりだったし、高級ホテルとは言えないレベル。 他のホテルに泊まることをおすすめします。

There were only two staffs at the lobby so we had to wait more than 30mins to check in on the arrive day. A hotel staff told us a lie that they didn't have any Non smoking twin room and she was trying to give us Smoking room instead. (We booked 3rooms) We hate the smell of smoking so we refused her offer. After we showed her our confirmation mail which was sent from the hotel, she gave up and finally she gave us 3 Non smoking rooms. It was obviously she told a lie.Because she could give us 3rooms-Non smoking-. The hotel itself was OK,but we were disappointed with her attitude very much.

We had booked a king room and received a smoking room. The reception said they will change our room the next day but they didn’t have any non-smoking room even tho we reserved one and prepaid for it. We spent 6 days in a smoking room with a terrible smell that bothered us throughout our stay. At times we will go down to the mall across the street to spend time. The staff was very friendly but I will not be returning here next year

Ikke et 5-stjernet hotel.
Dette burde ikke være et 5-stjernet hotel - men et 2 eller 3 stjernet. Dårlig service, dårlig morgenmad og et dårligt værelse. Jeg vil ikke vælge dette hotel igen hvis jeg skulle til Kuala Lumpur. Eneste gode ved stedet var beliggenheden. Oplevelsen var så dårlig på hotellet at jeg generelt har fået et dårligt billede af Sheraton kæden.

Fabulous
Had a fabulous stay. Booked the club room which gives access to club lounge which provides snacks, drinks throughout the day and cocktails in the evening. The breakfast buffet is the best I've seen with an international selection. The pool area is lovely and very relaxing considering we were in the middle of a city. Easy access to transport. Would suggest get the Grab app which is a cost effective way to get around

This is our first trip to Malaysia and after this experience this will be our last trip. This experience has definitely put me off coming back. I booked 2 rooms in March 2023 for December 2023 and requested rooms to be next to each other because we're travelling with our children. The Hotel failed to acknowledge our request and we only found out when we arrived at the hotel. We had to wait a long time at the lobby. This hotel staff is very unwelcoming. The staff at the reception offered us 2 rooms in different floors, which is not suitable having the children on another floor. Other option given was rooms in the same floor but it is smoking room. The whole floor and the room smelling like an ashtray. The deco, bathroom and staff is nothing like a 5 star hotel. Sheraton Imperial Hotel as a 5 star is misleading. Ive witnessed how staff treat (bum lick) other communities (non Asian). Maybe thats how they are. I've travelled a lot but this is the worst, worst than 1 start hotel. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! DONT WASTE YOU MONEY AND EXPERIENCE

I love to stay this hotel due to the location. However it was disappointing during this trip. I booked a room for three (3) persons however only two (2) towels & slippers were prepared. The lever of the toilet was broken. I requested a stuff to rectify them however he didn't. Therefore I remined another stuff of these.

Had a wonderful stay at Sheraton for my mum's birthday - they even surprised her with a slice of cake when we ordered room service. Room service food was a bit of a letdown (the steak and lamb chops were under seasoned and quite tasteless) but breakfast buffet was wonderful. Would definitely come back for the service and comfort provided.

It was a sub-par Sheraton, it did its job for our over night stay in KL before heading to our final destination. The front lobby is pretty grand, rooms are decent in the Club level but service needs improvement. From check in to food service.
