Tevreden maar eenmalig.
Vriendelijke ontvangst echter na zo'n lange reis moesten we in elk geval 2 uur wachten voor we kamers kregen. Erg veel omgeving lawaai van o.am de zeer drukke straat waar het aanligt en zeer slechte isolatie.

The rooms had multiple issues none are super bad but I would expect more from a 4 star hotel. What I didn't like: - Broken window pain; - Shower doesn't drain properly; - Room was dusty and some places were not properly wiped; - Toilette (side) lever was broken; - No hand soap when I went to the room; - Soap dispenser in shower was broken: - AC took very long to cool room and was noisy even when turned off; What I liked: - Breakfast was amazing; - Staff were incredible and always tried to assist in all of above issues including changing my room; - Nice pool and pool facilities that wasn't crowded at all; - About 10 to 15 min to the canter of the city (by taxi/car) - Some restaurants and super markets close by; - Fresh drinking tap water faucet; - WC seemed clean;

The hotel in general is excellent. The breakfast is good. The swimming pool is good. The staff are excellent. There was a problem with the mattress covers. We found many stains on them, so we asked to change them. When they put the new washed covers on, there were also stains in them, indicating that the lawndry was not cleaning well. We found hair on the bathroom floor. We discovered that the room had not been cleaned. After the previous guest used it

Only real trouble was getting to the hotel. It’s near light rail station Dato Keramat but not obvious to figure out how to get to it. The bridge crossing the river from the station to the hotel street is hidden between a shantytown area on one side and behind a house on the other. You have to look for a dirt path in the grass on the house side when heading to the metro, and when exiting the station you have to turn directly left towards the river on the first turn into the shantytown area. Don’t do this at night though, walk from Ampang Park station instead. Otherwise the hotel itself is fantastic. Pool, large, clean, modern rooms, and all the amenities they come with (including drinking water from the tap). It really is an apartment. Not very many amenities nearby but there’s a grocery store 7 minutes away towards downtown.

The room was spacious but the fridge didn't work. We asked for a replacement. It came but the "new" fridge also didn't work. We informed front desk and they said it would be replaced, again. We returned to the room but the fridge - whether replaced or not - was still not working! We were put up on the 3rd floor, with a lawn facing, and somebody had thrown diapers from the top floor! Ridiculous...

The property is amazing for short or long stays. We stayed with our kids and all had an amazing time. The only drawback is that its 10-15 minutes walk from the train station but you can always order a ride. They have great breakfast and pool at hotel

Cleanliness requires attention!
Check in was a breeze, thanks to very kind Viki. However, mattress was very dirty, and could easily see stain on floor. The floor is no longer in a good shape, which requires attention.
